Westloop at the Diamond Interchange

Been here for almost a year and the experience has been great. Management is attentive, easy to contact, and follow through consistently. Maintenance is always same day and always gets it right, as well as just all around good guys. Apartment hosts foods trucks weekly and social events. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable, quiet place to live.

I’ve had a really disappointing experience living here. There is an ongoing cockroach problem that has not been properly addressed, despite multiple attempts to bring it to management’s attention. For something this serious, I expected a much more proactive and urgent response. Communication has also been a major issue. Emails about pressing concerns often go unanswered, or responses come late without any meaningful resolution. It’s frustrating to feel like your concerns aren’t being taken seriously, especially when they affect day-to-day living conditions. To be fair, the staff themselves are not rude or unpleasant in person—they seem polite—but the overall level of service and follow-through is lacking. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the lack of action and support when it actually matters. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless there are significant improvements in maintenance responsiveness and tenant communication.

Have lived here for a couple years, and it’s been a great experience. Maintenance is always quick and helpful. The property is nice, clean, and well taken care of. Love the free EV charging. They also do food trucks once a week and free events sometimes that are such a plus! Would recommend living here ❤️

This apartment is great however there’s been multiple nights in a single week where I come back from work and there legitimately isn’t a single parking spot available causing me to wait for 30-45 minutes for somebody to leave. It’s actually kind of ridiculous most days I have to walk 0.10-0.15 miles to my building because I have to park wherever I can. This is the only place I’ve ever lived at where it’s been this much of a problem. It seems like they built the buildings then forgot they have to add enough parking spaces to accommodate for the amount of apartments there are.
