Very disappointing experience. If there was a zero star rating i would gave that. I would advise anyone considering moving here to be cautious. After moving out, we were charged over $700 in addition to a cleaning fee, which we found unreasonable. Throughout our stay, we submitted multiple maintenance requests, but no one ever came to address them. We also visited the leasing office several times to report these issues, yet the maintenance problems were never resolved. Despite this lack of service, we were still charged a large amount at move-out. We cleaned the apartment before leaving. While it is possible that the bathtub was missed, the rest of the apartment was left clean. Overall, the lack of maintenance support and the excessive move-out charges made this a very unsatisfactory experience. This was one of the worst apartment experiences we have had in Irving.

As I moved into moved into my unit, it was me and my smaller children. I was having a hard time bringing my things inside my home and the complex maintenance Audriuanna S. was so kind to me, and helped me bring the rest of my belongings inside without hesitation. She made me feel very welcomed and I have a gut feeling I’m In the right place. Thanks for everything.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the maintenance service at my apartment complex, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I submitted my maintenance request, Diego made sure that the entire process was smooth and efficient. When Diego arrived, he was not only on time but also incredibly courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the issue and what steps he would take to resolve it, which made me feel informed and reassured. The repairs were completed swiftly and effectively. Diego was meticulous in his work, ensuring everything was up to standard before he left. I noticed a significant improvement right away! After the service, I received a follow -up call from the management to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Overall, the maintenance team at my apartment complex exemplifies what great service should look like. Diego’s commitment to keeping the community running smoothly and addressing tenant concerns promptly makes living here a pleasure. Highly recommend!

I’ve never felt the need to write a review until now. I’ve been living in this apartment complex since 2021, and unfortunately, things have only gotten worse over time. There’s a long list of ongoing issues: Landscaping noise: Landscaping work starts before 8 AM, disturbing many families who are still asleep. Pest problems: Despite repeated efforts, roaches are a constant issue throughout the apartment. Hidden fees: Rent is already high, and additional hidden fees can increase the total by up to $200 more per month. Underwhelming amenities: The amenities advertised are not competitive enough to justify the extra costs. Swimming pool was closed almost all of summer. Frequent water shut-offs: This is the most frustrating issue. As I write this on 10/16/25, the water has been shut off since 11 AM — it’s now been over 5 hours. These shut-offs happen 4–5 times every month, often during peak hours when people are preparing meals or getting ready for work. It’s unacceptable for a property managed by Westgate to maintain such low standards while charging high rent. Offering move-in discounts and referral bonuses might help attract new tenants, but it’s the quality of service that determines whether they stay.

I’ve been living here since August 6th. My original move-in date was supposed to be the 4th, but it got pushed back because the apartment wasn’t ready. When I finally got the keys on the 6th, it still wasn’t ready. For two days I couldn’t even use the bathroom or kitchen — I literally had to drive to a gas station just to use the restroom. Management told me they would give me $200 off September’s rent to make up for it, but when the month came around, they said my unit wasn’t eligible because it’s a two-bedroom. The first time I left a review about these issues, they told me they might not honor the $200 credit because of the bad review, so I deleted it. I only took it down because I really needed that credit, but even then they didn’t keep their word. On top of that, last month I was charged $90 for pets even though I don’t have any. I brought it up as soon as I noticed, they are willing to fix that for this month though. Between the delayed move-in, the unlivable conditions when I arrived and broken promises of compensation, this whole experience has been stressful and unfair. First 7 photos are before and the last 2 are after.
