Another year, another contract signed. So far, so good. PM Cynthia has returned and it's honestly for the best. Cynthia, has been an outstanding PM here and we are grateful to have her and her maintenance crew 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you so much Cynthia 🙏🏻

Manager Cynthia has been an awesome person to work with. She's always on top of our requests and work orders making sure everything is completed within a timely manner. This community stays clean and the neighbors are very nice and kind even with our kids playing outside. We love this little tight community because they have been taking care of us for this many years.

Michelle was such a lifesaver during my apartment search! I was on a really tight schedule, but she still managed to help me find a great place and get moved in super fast. She kept everything organized, helped me compare options, and gave honest advice the whole way through. She made the whole process way less stressful, and I seriously couldn’t have done it without her. Highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a new spot!

I have been here going on 4 months. Move in process was super easy and fast! Michelle the office manager is the BEST!! Parking can be a bit hectic, but thanks to her and her hard work I got a good parking spot =) the property is quiet, maintenance is on point even though I've only called them once for minor touch ups at the beginning. That's how good my unit is. Thankfully haven't had any issued. Thank you Michelle for being so much help and so nice.
