Stop stop stop stop do not rent here!! The girl that have work in the desk does not know what she's doing but very arrogant. I've been without cable for 3 months trying to get ahold of spectrum but I was not even on the system as an apartment building she told me other customers don't have problems with it and it's probably something I'm doing. Then she finds out that department is not even on the Spectrum location. Without even apologizing just more attitude

I’ve had a great experience living at Tucasa Townhouse complex in Irving, Texas. One of the biggest reasons is how helpful and responsive Diana has been throughout the entire process. Diana has gone above and beyond to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure any concerns are handled quickly.
