I've been living in Tower Village for 7 years and it's the best. The office staff, Erica, Abby, and Stefani, are very friendly and always ready to help with anything you need.

By far one of the worse places to live. Management is horrible!!! I have called them so many times to have the air filter changed out. And NO ONE came to change it. Not to mention that this is a health issue. The dish washer has been broken for months no one has helped to replace it. The vents have mold in them also a health issue . No one came to fix it. Roaches everywhere! I asked what days pest control comes so I can be available they stated they don’t know. The maintenance people don’t speak English (which is fine) but you can’t even tell them anything because they won’t understand. There are so many other problems that are there. The management really needs to work on things! Please save your money and go somewhere else!

1. Expect 30-40% additional cost to base rent. Read $1100 rent as $1500 rent. Charges mandatory $110 for internet. $60-$80 for sewer. Same for water. Double charges $20 trash fee each month. 2. Roaches never go. They evolved to survive everything. The woods are really old and have to call pest control every week but eventually have to give up because nothing works. 3. Bed bugs! Bed Bugs!! Bed Bugs!!! 4. They never takes care of the bushes so you can expect mosquitos in the evening. 5. Their management keeps changing. 3 manager in 9 months. Good one don't stay. City Heights Perhaps do not pay competitive. 6. You won't find a parking spot after 10pm but your car will be towed for the silliest reason.

We just signed our second lease here; the office staff has been great. Accommodating any of our needs we have had within a timely matter which is the most important. The crime rate here is none! Which is also great since we have kids! Nice dog park and they keep these apartments cleaned up! All of the office staff is kind and the maintenance also!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The staff is always incredibly patient and professional, and maintenance requests are handled promptly — often the same day. The maintenance team is not only efficient but also very trustworthy; I feel completely comfortable having them enter my home to make any necessary repairs. The community itself is beautifully maintained. The pool is always sparkling clean and overlooks a scenic pond, which adds a peaceful touch. I also really appreciate the amenities — the volleyball court is a great addition, and the dog park is impressively spacious compared to others I’ve seen. There’s also plenty of visitor parking available, which makes it so much easier for guests to visit. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home — a well-managed and welcoming community that truly stands out.
