In this place, your security deposit has no value. It is not returned, and it does not even cover the so-called administrative charges. The management is disorganized, with managers changing every month and office staff changing constantly every week. It is chaotic, and your money has no real value here.

There is no emergency maintenance available at this property. I was left without air conditioning for an entire weekend with outdoor temperatures around 80°F. Only one room had a fan, and there were no fans in the living room or the master bedroom. The issue was not resolved until Monday. I was living in the apartment with a 9-year-old child, and this situation was extremely difficult and uncomfortable. According to city regulations, air conditioning is considered an essential service and an emergency issue that should be addressed even on weekends. This level of support and response time is not acceptable for a residential property, especially when families are involved.

I lived in this apartment for 3 years. They advertise low prices, but it is not true. They charge extremely high utility costs, including nearly $250 for water, which is unreasonable. The gate has been out of service for 2 years, and the pool has not been functioning properly. The staff changes every couple of months, and the property is clearly deteriorating. I completed my lease correctly and followed all move-out procedures, yet I have not received my security deposit back, and I was still charged additional amounts even after paying what was requested. There is also a lack of proper maintenance and emergency response. I went several days without air conditioning and there was no timely maintenance support. I would not recommend living here. There is a lack of security, poor maintenance, and unfair billing practices. Residents should be careful with their money and safety before choosing this place.

The WORST apartment complex to ever rent in Euless, TX. This is not even the half, this is the nice version. Fair WARNINGS!!! • Management (Jill Buckley) and corporate are HORRIBLE, rude, and nasty people. Veronica, who is no longer there, pretended to be nice but she was a liar. Luis is good maintenance man and has been there for many years. EVERY 30 days there’s a new team in the front office. • ROACHES. • $200+ in fees. • The police is ALWAYS here for something. • They charge visitors for parking, $6/day. • Hot water will NOT work for at least a week at least ONCE a month! Read that again! They’re using a boiler system. There’s so many plumbing issues and because of that, your water bill will be higher than it supposed to be. They get a new plumbing team EACH time to temporarily fix the issue. After you decide to move out, they WILL try to overcharge you for normal wear and tear. $1000-$3500 If you decide to not listen to warnings and still move here, document everything. Don’t just call and don’t let them text you! Email EVERYTHING! Take pictures and videos before and after you move! Keep a copy of your lease! Check them out on BBB. Go to city of Euless and review their code violations. They have an F- Rating! Good luck!

I have been at village green for about 1 year and thus far it has been great… Rebecca is very helpful and kind and is awesome at her job as leasing agent. I have had a great experience because of her willingness to help!!!
