Frankford Station Apartments

The maintenance team at the apartment complex has been excellent. They are always prompt, professional, and efficient when handling requests. Repairs are completed quickly and done right the first time. They’re respectful of the space and communicate clearly about what’s being fixed. It’s reassuring to know any issues will be taken care of so reliably. Great service overall!

Ana made our experience at the apartment complex so easy and pleasant. She’s friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime we needed assistance, she was quick to respond and always had a positive attitude. She really makes you feel welcomed and valued. We’re so grateful for all her help!

First few days moving in were not ideal. That's probably the only reason I can't give more than this. However, Ana, the assistant manager, is always a sweetheart and she was given a lot with the snow storm and everyone losing internet. White Sky is not customer friendly at all and it's what we use, but otherwise it lets me work from home with no issues. I would say for the deal we got this place is worth more than a second glance. Yes there are some bumps here and there but they've been upfront, they're a fun management that really tries and it's clear they care.

I have left a couple of reviews on here when the last management team was running this property.. (very negative reviews), as I wanted to save people from getting into a contract here before it was too late. But I want to give another honest review based on current experience with our NEW management team. The ladies at the front, as well as our maintenance crew are all new, and within the short time of them running this property, so many changes are being made to better our property, and salvage our reputation. This is such a nice property and they have done a great job at fixing it up. They are also extremely polite (but not in the fake it till you make it kind of way), they are very genuine and accommodating. They listened to my concerns very intently from when previous management was here and they ensured they were already on top of those concerns, as it has been shared by many of us here at Frankford Station. I know the reviews have gone way down, but please, if you are looking to rent here, understand that we are now on the up and coming and they have great deals going on right now! Prices are fair now and you should come and take a look at our beautiful property. I want to do my part to help this great team to get their ratings back up so we can thrive here again!
