The Grand Treviso

The Grand Treviso Management – Irving, Texas I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received under the supervision of Krystal Barbarito, a manager at The Grand Treviso. I called for some basic information and was repeatedly put on hold without explanation. During the call, I could clearly hear co-workers speaking in the background while I was on speakerphone, making derogatory, prejudiced, and racially insensitive comments, including mocking our community accent simply because we're from India. To hear that kind of behavior, let alone in a professional setting, is beyond disturbing. It was not only disrespectful, it was blatantly discriminatory. The fact that someone like holds a management position in a property of this stature is shocking and deeply concerning. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior. It reflects terribly on the entire establishment and shows a complete lack of professionalism, basic decency, and cultural respect. I would strongly urge the ownership and corporate leadership of The Grand Treviso to re-evaluate their hiring and training practices, and to consider whether this is the kind of management they want representing their brand.

Lovely building, helpful staff, and friendly residents. Visited thrice in a period of four months while viewing apartments for sale and experienced great service by concierge staff. The location is great and in the running for me to move to Texas from North Carolina.
