The Grand Treviso

I have lived in Grand Treviso for 8 years. I love the building. It’s lock and leave for anyone that travels frequently, the amenities are great my favorite being the rooftop pool. Having a 24/7 concierge brings a level of security and convenience that is unique to this neighborhood. The other thing I love about living here is the neighborhood. It’s a truly walkable area with plenty of restaurants and venues you can get to on foot as well as walking trails right on the lake.

The Grand Treviso is a great place to live, particularly due to its location and value relative to other high-rise properties in the DFW area. The building is ideally situated within close proximity to a wide range of restaurants, canal, gondolas, and the Toyota Music Factory, all of which contribute to a very convenient and walkable lifestyle. In addition, having Lake Carolyn directly in front of the building provides a unique setting that is not commonly found in the area. The presence of a 24-hour concierge adds a meaningful level of security and convenience. Another notable advantage is the exceptionally low utility costs, which is probably the lowest cost when compared to other high-rise buildings in the DFW market. It is also worth noting that The Grand Treviso is the only residential high-rise in the city of Irving, which creates a distinct value proposition for both residents and owners. Easy access to major highways and nearby airports further enhances its practicality for both daily living and travel. We love it.

Great location and residents are very friendly. Recently hired a new GM, Zoraida, and she is wonderful. Very approachable and professional.

The Grand Treviso is a very nice condominium with a good community and excellent amenities. I've lived in the building for five years and love the location as well. Management is responsive and always working to make improvements.
