The Chalet

Now that I am gone I can tell my story. I moved to the chalet in 2019. When I first moved there I LOVED IT! Had no issues UNTIL the summer of 2023 where I had AC issues. The AC started to leak, maintenance would come, but all they did was flush the water out of it. Then the next day it started again. It was the end of summer so I no longer needed to use the AC so it wasn’t an issue. The next summer it happened AGAIN! And was informed EVERYDAY! That it would be fixed and I had water everywhere. I couldn’t move at the time bc I was attending school O but that next year NOTHING and I mean nothing was fixed and no one at the office wanted to help me. I developed headaches bc of the mold in the walls etc. it was unlivable. It became a problem so much that I have to reach out to corporate which I was helped and was able To leave.

I’ve had a consistent frustrating experience living here. The staff at the leasing office is rude and unhelpful, and often feels like basic questions or concerns are treated like an inconvenience. Even emergency maintenance like water leak, stove not working, etc are always late. The building are very old. Overall, not worth the stress

Literally the worst apartments i’ve ever lived in, Ms Nuvia is horrible, I have spoken to her plenty of times about maintenance requests and they’ve never completed any of them we have a horrible infestation, i’ve called for that multiple times they never come. Ever, just recently my apartment flooded due to plumbing and they put the wrong apartment number and didn’t fix it, it was a friday so all weekend my apartment was leaking out of my ceiling my floor turned orange due to it, they never help you in any which way, i’ve had to call code enforcement several times, tried to get them to help me into another apartment but they just suck in general never apologize for THERE mistakes management in the office is the worst i’ve ever experienced. can’t wait to move out all these reviews about them that are good are LYING. it deserves 0 stars!

I have been residing at The Chalet for many years. The community manager ensures that the maintenance is doing its job; she is very professional and very caring. Kudos to Carlos, he is one of the maintenance guys and he gets the job done. I have observed significant progress in the community . Thanks #265

My mother moved into The Chalet less than a month ago, and without a doubt, the best part of the entire process has been working with Nuvia, the Manager. She handled everything seamlessly and made my mother feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. Thanks to her, I felt like part of the Chalet community instantly. I would highly recommend The Chalet to any of my family or friends looking for a warm and well-managed place to live.
