Great experience at The Standard at Royal Lane. I even renewed my lease! The community is well kept and welcoming. Genesis, has been amazing, super helpful, professional, and always responsive. Highly recommend!!

Me and my husband have been looking for a new place to reside at since our current place is up for renewal. After extensive searching for a larger apartment we were presented with a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment at the Standard at Royal apartment complex. Not only are the amenities wonderful but the staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about their property. We will be applying for this complex in hopes of approval. They have many promotions and the assistance programs to help you get approved. If you are looking for a new apartment with great finishes and many amenities close to highway 35 this is the complex for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking.
