Sierra Vista Apartments

I want to be clear that this isn’t about the maintenance staff, they’re out here in the mornings doing their job and trying to keep things clean. it’s not fair to expect maintenance to constantly clean up after people who just don’t care. I get that it’s their job but there’s a difference for human decency. Basic things like throwing your trash away should just be common sense. I also feel like this is something management should address more directly. Not in a harsh way, but just setting expectations so people take better care of the community. It would make a big difference for everyone living here.

I'm so grateful for resolving the tow truck situation when I thought it was a lost cause. The attention you give us is incredible. Thank you so much, Aurora.
