Me and family had lived there for over 40 years and my family grew up there but as for the apartments ,they were horrible filled with cockroaches and bed bugs and any time we would call about it and they would say they would help but never did. The manager was extremely rude and was very hostile threatening to call immigration on my family and would spread lies by saying we did not pay rent on time and because of that behavior it was very difficult to find a home for my family I DO NOT recommend living there

I have been a resident for a year and plan on renewing my lease. The apartments are well maintained and in great condition. I believe that residents play an important role in maintaining their own living spaces, which directly impacts how the property is perceived. My apartment has been in excellent condition since the day I moved in. My husband and I have consistently received great customer service whenever we contact or visit the office. Anytime an issue arises and I bring it to the manager’s attention, it is addressed promptly. I truly enjoy living at Sedona Ranch—the location is convenient, I feel safe, and I am comfortable living here with no major issues. Considering the current market, rental prices are comparable everywhere, and this community provides good value for what is offered.

We were here to lease an apartment, but the agent was busy with other people, and we had to use the restroom. While she was busy with them, we decided to use the restroom. When I came out, I was greeted by what looked like a manager yelling at us for using the restroom and asking who allowed us to use it, claiming they didn't have public restrooms. My response was that we didn't know we needed to ask for permission since the restrooms were open. It made us so uncomfortable that I was speechless. She was so rude and unprofessional that it discouraged us from seeking any further information. I can't imagine how she behaves with the residents.
