The new management Morgan Properties’. Horrible. I know they only handle apartments for blue collar tenants but please some attention. It’s been 3 months and no pest control. Even though I see a charge on my bill. Previous management was amazing and on top of their game. I missed Esmeralda and Leslie.

Juan Ramirez was AMAZING. I can’t say enough great things about our maintenance technician! He replaced our water heater quickly and professionally, and made the whole process completely stress-free. On top of that, he noticed the caulking around our bathtub needed attention and replaced it without even being asked. That kind of attention to detail and care really goes a long way. He was respectful, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. We truly appreciate the extra effort and excellent service. Thank you for going above and beyond!
