I would like to express how grateful I am to have found a property manager so willing to work with me...I am a disabled person on SSI ..Ida the property manager was such a pleasure to deal with she is not only great at her job , her spirit lights up any room..I not only got a new place to live but I made a life long friend as well. I believe everything and everyone you encounter is Guided by my heavenly Father Jesus Christ Lord and I believe I was sent there for a reason..Glory to God first , and gratitude to Ida manager at the Residence at midtown for employing such great people!! In the past, I formally complained about a series of negative experiences my mother has encountered at the Residence of Midtown. Now to add onto it, the parking reservations is completely getting out of hand. Limited free spots now exist making it difficult for residents to even find a spot especially after a hard day of work. This and other issues have significantly impacted my mothers quality of life and well-being. Despite bringing some of these matters to the attention of the management previously, I have not seen any substantial improvement or resolution. Their response especially the “owner” is bland and automated. Don’t recommend at all

Save yourself the headache and don't move here. I've heard so many people say these apartments are nice looking I might move here. Don't. Roach problems AND found a bed bug around the area 4 times (I steam cleaned all my furniture after which), the apartments are trying to move to a digital state which is going horrendously. The real kicker is when it comes to notices, how do you say you owe XYZ and say we send notification and its my job to reach out to the office. I would do that, if you would answer the phone during your hours, send a notification that said "you're behind" and not a renewal notice. The staff talk in a very belittling tone and push blame (refer to above statement). But you can know who I am when I come in the office to pick up a package, make it make sense. Last I checked if someone owes you money and you see them frequently, then you probably will be on top of it instead of sending a renewal notice days before making consideration to send out a notice of eviction. Hopefully this time google will actually post this review. Edit: So overall I will say the management afterwards honestly did turn out to be one of the better management teams I've dealt with in regards to property managers. I wish them nothing but the best considering the issues regarding the property that actually is trying to be addressed. Just sadly alot of the problems does come from the tenants it appears. You can do all you can to prevent the pest but because the property gets trashed constantly by some tenants (empty beer bottles and cans in the parking lot and lawn, garbage bags on the front of the apt doors at times) amongst other things. If that problem does get fixed collectively by the tenants then I would honestly say these are nice apartments, but that kind of gets tainted when you see a bug unprovoked in the middle of the night. AGAIN. Property management team A1. Actually willing to work with you overall. The property itself, can be recovered just the pest is a ongoing issue.
