The landscape with the yuccas is gorgeous! Yucca filamentosa or Adam´s needle with the red yucca at the back are in the best moment with their flowers: yellowish and red, respectively.

I was in the process of buying a condo here, but it turns out that there are two lawsuits against the HOA. The condo is not approved by the government. All this after spending money on the appraisal and inspection Please don't waste your time and money here.

RUN! Run fast and run far. 😟 Ok, so I don't live here, but I came to see a couple condos that were for sale. When I arrived the whole complex looked tired and beaten down and I got the same feeling even though the condos were very nicely updated. On my way out I strolled through the grounds on my own and spoke to a few residents who relayed issues with management and upkeep. Finally, I entered the pool bathroom and found deplorable conditions. It was filthy, smelled terrible, and had the sign in my picture up on the walls. Who would want to live in a place like this? Needless to say, I did not purchase here.
