I've been calling the office all day to get my air conditioner fixed because it's not working. They haven't sent anyone, and it's so hot! 🔥 Terrible service. I'm going to move somewhere else. Such bad customer service. This isn't the first time this has happened. 🤮🤮🤮

Save your money and DO NOT RENT HERE!!! No communication between the office, the maintenance and residents. Went a month of constantly telling them to fix my fridge before anything got done.The lady at the office is rude and makes it look everything is the residents fault for their incompetence. Their “communication texts” to the community make no sense and they’ll give you the run around of he said she said. If you like to control/have AC in the summer good luck to you. I previously lived in these apartments when the original owners were here and the maintenance were amazing the office ladies great as well ,families lived here for years! Now everyone is leaving because it’s a horrible place to live. Can he just buy back the property because this new management is trash.

Hello, I don't like doing these things, but I think the managers of this apartment building need to know about the employees they hire. I moved into these apartments five months ago, and the staff there were very kind and explained things well. I have no complaints about the apartments; they're very good đź‘Ť. Today, I went to the office to ask about parking, and the woman I met had a bad attitude. What happens in case of an emergency in the apartments? Time: 2:30 PM, Date: 03/23/2026.
