Worst place! They never answers the phone, they are never at the office. They charge for visitors to park!!! $6.50 just to park if you visit family or friends. Mind you its south Irving. They don’t even have a sign saying they charge to park in visitors neither did they tell tenants about it.

Hid my review from 2 months ago just want to keep this here just incase they charge me for move out or say i never let them know

I have been living in this apartments for approximately 8 months now. During those 8 months I have experienced 4 floods if I’m not mistaken. Not just regular floods, dirty sewer water coming out the bathtub. The water rises to the point of flooding the whole restroom, part of the hallway, part of the dinning room, the master’s room closet, masters room, and the entrance of the the other room. They only soak up the water, clean the restroom, and “Wash the carpet” out of those 4 times they have never changed out the carpet. Keep in mind I have a 3 year old and a 6 year old. They won’t change the carpet because they know this is an ongoing problem and changing out the carpet will only cost them more and more with all the floods we have already experienced. I am to the point where I want to leave ASAP. It’s not easy to find another apartment just like that so we have been staying here until we find something. If you are planning on leasing in this apartment complex, I recommend you to think about it twice. After we’re able to move to another apartment complex I know this apartment will be up for leasing. Please DO NOT LEASE HERE OR LEASE THIS APARTMENT. This is apartment 105D and this problem has been going on since before we got here as neighbors have told us that the previous tenants moved out due to the same problem. I gave them 1 star because I’m not able to leave 0.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and can confirm it’s a nice and clean environment. Ever since Azeneth arrived at the office things have drastically changed for the better. She will go above and beyond no matter what the problem is. Always attentive and ready to help with a great friendly attitude. Definitely the reason I decided to stay for another year. Thank you so much for everything Azeneth you’re awesome.

If I could leave a not a single star I would. I been living here for 4 years and the first 2 years i had an issue here and there that would eventually get resolved with old management,but this new management is horrible I don’t recommend y’all to move in here. We have had issue trying to contact the office in various occasions no answer. We didn’t have pest control issues the first two years when Gaby was managing. Now they never go to do pest control unless we call to complain this is getting out of hand. Yet they charge for the service they dont do. Now the parking its another issue, the towing company they have had are horrible too. We pay for reserved parking and some tenants don’t respect the space. So when we call the towing company they never respond yet when we complain to the office there’s nothing they can do nor they want to refund the reservation parking fee either. We are just waiting for our lease to end to move out from here and find something better.
