Gables Water Street

What's pushing me to write this review is they force residents to switch to the notorious Fetch package for package delivery: it makes the package arrive later than direct delivery, easily lost in their suspicious "warehouse", and when you renew the lease it will be a $25 MANDATORY MONTHLY FEE for much worse service (yes you can already see it on the leasing website). Now it also has same issues other comments mentioned, including people smoking in the garage and trash in stairways. Used to have good management but going downhill a lot. Probably won't renew my lease next year although they have good apartments.

Kristy was wonderfullllll. Had the best time touring the apartment, i have seen more than 15 apartments till now but kristy was the sweetest person i came across. Even if you dont need an apartment id just suggest to go and hang out with her haha she was super sweet. Unfortunately they didnt have what i need but hopefully next time i can rent an apartment at gables.

Lovely complex. Very clean. Great layouts. However, they just didn't have any availability for much. Nice women in the leasing office.
