I was considering moving to another apartment community because I needed more square footage. When I went to speak with Crystal to let her know I likely wouldn’t be renewing, she immediately went above and beyond. She personally walked me through several units to help find the best fit for my needs. Crystal was patient, knowledgeable, and consistently kind throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. Because of her dedication and commitment to providing an excellent experience, I confidently signed a new lease. It’s clear that Crystal truly values her residents and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

Rickey did a great job showing me around. I appreciated his honesty, flexibility, and investment in finding a good fit. Didn’t have a tour scheduled, and he added me in at the end of his very busy day and still had a great attitude. Great staff and easy to work with!

Lived here for two years, overall the staff is great! There are challenges with bugs/ pest if you live on the first floor, which given the cost of rent I find that to be insane. Additionally reserved parking is not enforced, people will still park in your spot and towing is non- responsive! Other than that, it’s decent, the staff is always readily available to help and assist, especially Crystal, Mariella and Ricky they are a joy!

Recently moved here and they have the best people in the leasing office. Especially want to talk about Mariella, she's not just an amazing employee, but also a wonderful human being. I came to collect the keys at 4:30pm on a Saturday, not knowing I've to setup electricity, renters insurance and initial payment money order, prior to collecting keys. The office closes at 5pm. If it's not for Mariella, anyone else in her place would have asked me to come on Monday, given only 30 mins left for closing time and Sunday is holiday. Mariella patiently walked me through all the steps, explaining best options for electricity, renters insurance and parking guidelines etc. She stayed till 5:30pm even when she had other plans. Thanks to her, I could move in on Saturday. Amazing human being!! As for the apartment itself, it's spacious, clean and has excellent amenities in a safe neighborhood. One suggestion I could make is to keep the club house open 24hrs. I don't understand the point of closing it at 10pm.

I lived at Fountain Pointe Las Colinas and honestly had a great experience overall. From the moment I reached out to schedule a tour, the management and staff were extremely professional and courteous. Move-in and move-out were smooth, and they were always willing to help whenever I had questions. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The amenities are great, the community is clean, and the maintenance team deserves a shoutout - they’re quick, friendly, and always get things taken care of fast. The location is another big plus: you can literally walk to The Toyota Music Factory in about five minutes, and everything else, grocery stores, restaurants, the hospital, is just a short drive away. The only major downside for me was the parking and towing situation. The parking rules are really strict, especially after 6 p.m., and the towing company they use doesn’t show much flexibility or professionalism. I once had a vendor stop by to help with furniture ideas - they were parked outside for maybe 20 minutes and their car got towed. When I tried to explain the situation to the tow driver, they were incredibly rude and literally stated they didn’t care. It’s frustrating because you can often see multiple tow trucks waiting around right before enforcement starts. I did bring this up to management, and they mentioned the towing company is under contract and handled by another property management group. I’ve shared a few suggestions to make parking easier for residents and vendors, but I haven’t seen any changes yet. That said, aside from the parking issue, Fountain Pointe Las Colinas is a fantastic place to live. Great staff, clean property, solid maintenance team, and an unbeatable location. If they could figure out a better system for parking and vendors, it would easily be a 5-star experience.
