Just finished a tour with Jajuan was an amazing tour guide . Definitely sold me on moving here in September absolutely loved her !!

JaJuan and Ivan were extremely helpful during my move and transfer of units. They ensured my new unit was ready to go, and answered all my questions! Maintenance has always been quick and fixed everything as needed!

Feels dingy overall - interior hallways carpet/walls dirty. Office staff doesn't communicate much or reply to emails. Garbage bins block part of the garage entrance most weekdays. The gate suddenly stopped working with the newer tolltag and even though we've told them, nothing happens so we just get stuck waiting for someone else to arrive at the gate. The apartments are pretty well insulated though - we rarely hear noise from our neighbors, so that's nice. Maintenance is usually very quick to respond and resolve requests. They are professional and helpful. The new management company (from Nov 2025 on) is starting to nickel-and-dime for everything (like fridge water filters). The mailroom/package area is always a mess with packages scattered all around - no one cares about improving that. There are only 2 EV car chargers TOTAL that are very slow (level 1 charging) while there are dozens of EV cars here - wouldn't rely on charging your car in the garage. I lived at Gables Water Street (nearby) and would HIGHLY recommend them over this place if you can afford it.

JaJuan is amazing. She’s super helpful, knows the residents, and always follows through when something needs to get done. She’s truly a joy to have here (...and she can't ever leave!)

Tried to tour this place, my husband set up a Saturday morning appointment and first we had to wait outside like dogs until a resident finally let us in, where we then waited until 30 mins past appointment time with no ability to contact the leasing office.
