I moved to Eastshore on Lake Carolyn a few months ago and I absolutely love it here! The leasing office staff are wonderful - always friendly, positive, and a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance team is truly outstanding. They keep the entire property spotless and it’s clear they genuinely care about the community. A special shoutout to service manager - he goes above and beyond every time. He responds quickly, handles everything professionally, and takes the time to explain what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. That kind of care and attention really makes a difference. Highly recommend Eastshore on Lake Carolyn to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Absolutely love living here! From management to the maintenance team, everyone is friendly and responsive. Special shoutout to Carlos from maintenance—he truly goes above and beyond. He came to complete a work order for a few items (replacing the microwave, changing light bulbs, etc.) and handled everything quickly and efficiently. He even noticed a few other things that weren’t working and offered to fix them as well. On top of that, he cleaned the dust off the light fixtures before reinstalling them. Really appreciate the extra care!

2 weeks living here and so far my experience has left me very happy and satisfied. The community is well maintained, clean, safe, accessible, and well lit. The apartments have modern finishes, appliances, and colors. I moved in during the management transition and a lot of shuffling around. Despite all the changes the move in process was smooth and I felt like I could rely on the team during times of confusion. Kelsey deserves a special shout out as she held my hand from the very first step and is still a friendly face to see in the leasing office. It would be nice if we got a more stable crew, because a lot of people have been filling in the positions and rotating so its hard to keep track of who actually works here. But Im sure thats in the works. I am very glad that the maintenance workers are here to stay. I have had the pleasure to meet Ivan and Carlos; and I am very happy with all the work they have done at this point. They remember your concerns, they come and fix things with love and care like they would fix their own. Great young men and are a joy to see around the property!

I absolutely loved living here. The community was quiet, peaceful, and I loved living by the lake. Everything about the apartment and environment was great during the two years I stayed. It’s also just five minutes from Paws Colinas dog park, which is my favorite dog park to date, and the location is convenient for driving to everything. During my stay, management was very responsive whenever something broke. I put in work orders and they were always on it, which I really appreciated. The apartments and community were always clean. no roaches, hallways were regularly shampooed, and the leasing office was always tidy and smelled nice. That’s why my move out experience was so surprising. I was charged $130 for bathtub resurfacing, even though the tub was freshly painted when I moved in. I used it normally and left it in standard condition. I reached out to management about this, but instead of addressing my concerns, they sent the debt to collections without responding. I found this unprofessional and rude. Also, something to be aware of if you move here: there’s a train track near some units. I lived in a building facing the train track and could hear the trains pass by. The first month or two, it drove me a little mad until I got a white noise machine. You can also hear the trash collection in the mornings on certain days. I probably wouldn’t have chosen that specific unit if I had known about the train noise, so it’s something to consider when picking a unit. Overall, the apartment, community, location, cleanliness, and management during my stay were amazing, but the way management handled my move out issue was disappointing.

I love my apartment and the management team. It's always one call and that's all... they are always willing and ready to help with any situation. Emma, the property manager is the sweetest. She's so help and she truly wants to help/ provide assistance. She walked me through the entire process of renting my apartment. I told her some of my wants in my apartment and she delivered me the perfect apartment with a lake view. I love the staff
