I’m a newer resident but Victoria and the other leasing agent were so helpful . They made the process so easy and fast . I’d definitely recommend anyone to move in here .

All I have to say is I've had a great experience with new management and I'm going for my 2nd year here with my family. A few hiccups but the office always seems to be helpful and available when I need them. Maintenance team is always there same day or next days after putting in orders. I personally have no complaints.

I just moved here, worst mistake of my life. My upstairs neighbor is the neighbor from hell. Every single day since I have been here they have made noise constantly from 6 am to sometimes 11 pm. I have complained to the office 3 to 4 times. Nothing happened. I will be looking to try and get out of this lease in the near future. This whole building I am in are rude and have no respect for others and the office doesn't do anything about it. As I'm writing this review neighbor above me been making noise all day. The maintain never came back to fix my window after they claimed they had somebody fix the roof and I had water leaking into my living room.

I’ve lived here for 8 years and I wanted to give some of my experience living here with my family, tbh this place isn’t a home, they are strick about everything that we can’t have in the balcony, we have people smoking illegal drugs on property where the smell travels into the home, this environment isn’t safe for the kids, I’ve called the office no action was taking or handle for the sake of the kids, they are continuing to use it, also loud noise can be heard thru the walls after hours, there screaming, music, banging on the wall. Also a couple of months ago I’ve also struggle to get rid of two rats that were living in my home in the kitchen. It was climbing and eating my food, destroying my cabinet board underneath dishwasher. I reported and pest control came 3 times only and they never came back. I dealt with it alone to get rid of them taking me 5 months total it was so stressful knowing they carry disease and having kids in my home small. The damage they did remain. I left a small video clip of the rat that was caught on my camera I set up, escaping the mouse trap running off with the cheese. Also a manager came knocking on my door so hard as I was preparing to bath my toddler, when I open the door she insulted my faith and believe with Jesus that I couldn’t have written above the door. She and ask me to wash it off or I get a fine and voilation she was very rude the way she approached on my property. My home has not been protected since then. My home is very old and they charge me so much to live here everything is so old model. They also charge for double trash, door step pick up and throw your own trash away to the garbage. amenities fees are crazy as well, your bill will just go up higher and higher. So if you’re looking into this community to live here please reconsider or choose carful.

The new management has really made a big difference compared to before the buildings are cleaner, fresh paint is going up, and amenities are being fixed. There’s still more to improve, but you can tell the team truly cares and is working hard. They actually listen to residents now. Tyrone and especially Victoria are always kind and helpful, which makes coming into the office a much better experience ✌🏻👏🏻
