Amli at Escena resident app was unable to use a valid payment method not once, not twice, but 3 separate times due to its own system. But thats the tenants fault and resulted in over $120 in late fees after the tenant reached out multiple times (no-one on site ever answers) and rarely receives a call back. A 5 day ordeal to try to get a payment processed and the tenant is still responsible for the fees incurred by a fault on the complexes payment portal.

Living at AMLI has been a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Olhio Remoro. He’s the person you can always count on—knowledgeable, reliable, and incredibly friendly. Anytime something needs fixing, he arrives promptly and handles it with complete professionalism. What I appreciate most is how thorough and thoughtful he is. He doesn’t just fix the issue; he makes sure everything is working perfectly and explains what he’s done. His positive attitude and respect for residents make every interaction pleasant. AMLI is lucky to have someone like Olhio as their team. He truly makes the community feel cared for, and his hard work is a big reason why living here feels so comfortable and well-supported.

Staying in AMLI has been a wonderful experience, largely because of the incredible staff—especially Olhyo. He is truly exceptional. One of the main reasons we love living at AMLI is the incredible responsiveness to service requests. Olayo handles every work order—big or small—with such speed and effectiveness that it truly makes a difference. Thanks to his dedication and efficiency, we can enjoy our home comfortably and worry-free.

This place rocks! If you were ever hesitant in picking an apartment complex that values you as a person and provides you with any extra accommodation to enhance your day to day experience then this is the place. Not to mention the area is calm and close enough to Dallas, giving you the best of both worlds. There are various places to eat at around the area and spectacular coffee shops too. This place is especially special because of Ashley Leon, she was our leasing agent while we were signing but she didn’t just stop there, she will always check in to see how your experience is going and make sure your packages are delivered to you or stored in a safe place, she is a joy to be around and always in good spirits. If you ever have a problem, I’d highly recommend you come to her. She can make your experience that much better. As far as maintenance requests go, any problem me and my roommate have had has been fixed in a timely manner and done very professionally. Many people in this community are outside and like to walk so it always feels alive. This place has everything you need to support both a quiet or loud lifestyle.
