AMLI Campion Trail is a great place to live. The property is kept clean and immaculate, and maintenance is super responsive. Rafael is great. We had an emergency maintenance concern after hours and he came by within 30 minutes, tried his best to fix the problem, and when he realized the problem would take longer to fix, he found an alternative. When it was time to fix it more definitively, he kept checking in to make sure it worked.

Be prepared to potentially lose your entire security deposit — and possibly be charged for full carpet replacement — even after being a responsible tenant. I lived here for 14 months, never missed a payment, and never received a late fee. At move-out inspection, the Maintenance Manager immediately stated that due to “high traffic,” the carpets would need to be replaced. The carpet was NOT new when we moved in. The photos I took were timestamped the morning of inspection (02/16/26 at 8:13 AM), before their cleaning company — which I already paid for as part of my final rent — even arrived. The condition shown was standard wear from normal living. No major stains, no damage — just typical traffic patterns. Apparently, normal walking on carpet qualifies as justification for full replacement. I guess tenants are expected to avoid stepping on it entirely — maybe leap from hardwood straight to the bed in each room. If you move here: Take detailed move-in photos. Document carpet condition thoroughly. Keep all records. Be prepared to dispute charges. Good luck. Edit- We encourage all residents to document apartment condition at move-in and move-out, as well as to keep any records related to maintenance or cleaning. This helps ensure transparency and supports an accurate review of any potential charges.- Response It's odd that the app gives you the needed photos on move-in to record and Carpet is NOT one of those. I see many others have experienced the same disappointment on move-out.

I want to start by saying Zach was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from the tour to signing my lease. I was under a time crunch and needed to move in as soon as possible, and he was nothing but kind, patient, and accommodating. Charity was also extremely sweet and patient, answering all of my questions along the way. I absolutely love the apartment I received and am really looking forward to enjoying the amenities and the location.

After moving and renting multiple times over the past 15 years, the idea of relocating again, especially to a new area, felt overwhelming. I was very intentional in my search and had a checklist of what I needed in a home. I was also deciding between several other locations in the city but it was hard to find a place that met my very particular criteria. From the beginning, Zach understood exactly what I was looking for. He showed me several units that truly felt like a good fit. While it took me some time to decide, he remained patient, responsive, and supportive throughout the process, answering all of my questions and showing me the same units multiple times without pressure. The application process, signing, and receiving my keys were all smooth and easy. During my first week, I needed to submit a maintenance request and honestly thought, “just my luck, something would go wrong”. Instead, I was surprised by how quickly the maintenance team responded to my request. Raphael contacted me right away, reassured me that he was there to help, and followed up while I was away to let me know the repair had been completed and the unit was secured. He later checked in to make sure everything was working properly and reminded me of the additional services available, such as TV mounting and hanging curtains, which I really appreciated. Although I have only interacted with Zach, Alissa, and Raphael so far, each of them has been professional, kind, and welcoming. I also appreciated learning that many AMLI team members choose to live in the community themselves, which says a lot about the place. So far I think I made the right decision. I am grateful for how supported I have felt throughout this entire experience and look forward to settling into my new home.

I’ve been a resident here for a couple of years and had originally planned not to renew — until the new leasing office team completely changed my mind. The balcony views and top-notch amenities have always been highlights, but what truly sets this place apart is the welcoming atmosphere. The staff greet you with genuine smiles and consistently go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Most recently, I’ve been especially impressed with Zach, who made my lease renewal process smooth and stress-free. And of course, I have to mention Olga — the kindest person you’ll ever meet — who brings a 5-star hotel energy to the entire community. Living here has truly become a joy again.
