880 Lyn Luxury Apartments

My experience has been awesome!! From the first day inquiring about the availability of an apartment until the day I moved in, I was treated with excellence. Gabi, my leasing agent, was absolutely amazing and so professional. Her customer service was superb! She made the process so easy and I felt comfortable going through each step of the moving process. I am so appreciative of her and the establishment.

I really enjoyed living here! For the past 2 years this place became a true home and there is a wonderful community here with great neighbors, lake views, and amenities within the building that were nice and spacious, nice to leverage especially if you WFH and want to work somewhere quiet with conference rooms. I will say that despite living on the top floor I did get some bugs during the summer months but I guess this is standard across any hot climate areas, so I wouldn’t say that as a deal breaker. But overall the pest management, maintenance, and leasing office do try their best to keep up with the property. Like any apartment you will have the occasional hindrance like trash process/gate access issues but they are resolved as quickly as they can be. Valet trash service would be a great addition for the future. Also some reviews mention the move out process not being so great but mine went smoothly, the office will work with you if you notate lease requirements and plan in advance from my personal experience. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the Las Colinas area, just make sure to discuss any concerns to management early on and they will be happy to help, and don’t hesitate to get to know your floor neighbors!

Nice apartments, finishes, views, but DO NOT LIVE HERE. The current management is terrible at communication, which may be on purpose in order to charge PREDATORY FEES on your every action. I'm literally a model renter, and sometimes I think management here literally gets a kick out of making your life harder, and making you more upset during interactions with them. Their tone in communication is so mean. I've truly never experienced this before. Current individual employees of Lyn need to experience re-education, or learn that they are involved in the business of helping people find and live in their HOMES, not PRISONS.

amazing , talented and one of a kind Front office - Mgmt team ( Leasing ) , Amy particularly was very helpful. The IT- software used to program your phone for all access to any areas of the building does not function as smoothly as the leasing mgmt. team , who tried hard BUT no luck...even now

Had such a great visit with Amy, she managed to fit us in on a busy schedule and showed us 3-4 apartments, and we’ve toured so many buildings but couldn’t see more than 1 or 2. She gave us such nice recommendations, was honest and extremely nice through out the whole process. She conducted the tour, took a nice amount of time so we could see everything and did not rush us at all. If 880 Lyn is within your budget, you should definitely take a tour and consider living here! The apartments were spacious, very well built and the new designs have a luxurious feel to it. Overall 10/10 experience, we’ve toured over 6 apartments, and this was the nicest and most informative and enjoyable one.
