STAY AWAY from this property- the owners are running a scam! I have been an agent for 10+ years. Never in my life have I seen a property falsely advertise a commission only to "change their policy" after i sent a client to tour, they revoked the commission 2 days before my customer applied. whats most important is they also are completely un reachable- impossible to get anyone on the phone even if you are a paying customer. HUGE RED FLAG

She was attentive, caring, and always full of smiles — truly a pleasure to work with. The community is quiet, and while the townhome we toured is a bit older, it’s very well maintained and peaceful. The neighborhood is clean, and the neighbors are friendly. Special thanks to Martha and the entire team for their professionalism and dedication. I am really impressed on how well the property is taken care of. I am so pleased on how clean the swimming pool is. I also liked how easy going and how smooth the application process was. The townhome itself is very quaint and very well clean and maintained. Martha, the Office Manager, is the best choice for the job. The Property Management Team made a good decision to hire Martha because she is so nice, considerate, and very personable. I hope that they see that she is a great asset to the company and take care of her, because I like how she listens to my concerns.
