I stopped by today to tour the townhomes and was disappointed with the experience. The Hispanic agent Yadi seemed uninterested in assisting and repeatedly stated that there were no available units without offering additional information or alternatives. As a prospective resident, I expected a more helpful and engaging experience. Based on my visit, I would not recommend this property to others seeking attentive customer service. 6/8/26

Run from this place!!!!!! The manager named Martha was very responsive for the first two weeks but after my roomate and I put our deposit down it went downhill. We called and emailed several times with no response we eventually just decided to go up there in person. She assured us everything was okay but it was far from okay (our move in date was in two months). Through out this time our move in date changed at least three times. We finally saw the place that was “ready” and it had ROACHES actively running around in the kitchen cabinets!!! Martha tried to to say it was because the previous tenant “left out food for their pets”. The reviews are only good because they give discounts for good reviews! There’s several pointless fees.

I applied to this complex last year in April of 2025 and I regret applying to here and wasting my time. I am finally ready to leave a review. First, there are so many additional fees on top of rent. Community fee of $25, washer and dryer rent $70, and valet trash $25 MONTHLY. They also make you pay a pet deposit and a $25 pet rent each month on top of already paying a deposit. Utilities are not included so gas, water and electric are all additional. If you want a carport that is also an additional $35. If you want a breakdown of the fees look at the picture I provided. They also make you provide a record of your renters insurance, proof of starting utilities with the electric company AND records of your pets vaccines before you can even move in. The whole 2 months of my time I spent trying to apply here they changed our move in date multiple times and were never consistent about when we could move in because there was a previous tenant moving out. The worst part was they did not let us see the unit until the day before our expected move in THE UNIT WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We did not sign on the unit and they did not want to give back our $500 deposit because they tried to claim it would be a loss of revenue. WELL WHO WOULD WANT TO LIVE IN AN INFESTED UNIT ANYWAY? I asked her if they could replace the infested appliances in the kitchen and she said no. I tried to work with them but these town homes are cheap, old and not maintained well. LOOK ELSE WERE THAT DOESNT HAVE ROACHES AND SO MANY FEES!!!! This place only has positive reviews because they give you a discount for leaving a positive review. Please do not believe what people on here are saying.!! The main leasing agent I dealt with during this whole process was Martha and a few temp agents. FYI they never answer their office phone and take forever to respond to emails. Do not expect anything from this place except people who want to take your money and give you a disgusting unit.

This is a beautiful property. Quiet and well maintained. Martha, the Property Manager is very kind, friendly and professional. Love is area of the city. Go check it out.
