Went for a tour for my friend whose planning to move to houston.. Both floor plans I toured even the model, had damage and wasn't kept up to par. Saw a broken sink, dirty tub, etc. Which is weird because even if someone isn't living there it should be held to a proper standard.. Also the property had trash on the floor throughout the complex and in the plant areas, we decided to go to another apartment instead. I suggest making sure apartments are upkept, make sure complex is kept clean. Outside of that, they did have a spacious one bedroom but because of the cons I told my friend not to apply here

I like this place and especially they have best Swimming Pool. They have much more better rates than the surrounding apartments. The area is also good.Just one thing that I don’t like is the dog poop everywhere. The staff is also good but I must say about the lady Fibby. She is an amazing Lady and she is always there to help you…

I moved here two months ago on a $99 move-in special, and the process was quick and smooth because everything was in order. I truly appreciate everyone who works in the office—each person played a role in helping me move in. The manager granted my requests and fixed the things I didn’t like before I even considered moving in. That meant a lot to me and made me feel confident committing to this place, especially since my concerns were addressed immediately before I became a tenant. The leasing staff is great and very easy to communicate with, which is important because they’re the main people you deal with once you sign the lease. I also love that they host events during the holidays because it makes the community feel like a family, not just a place where people pay rent. For example, the recent Christmas event had great food, drinks, cake, and even those classic cookie containers everyone loves. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and as a Black resident, I never felt any bias even though most of the staff is Spanish-speaking. That means a lot to me. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend this community.

The complex isn’t bad, however the constant noise of loud music and children playing by my doorstep is very annoying i work two jobs one being during the day from home and the other is overnight so i have difficulty sleeping. I’ve complained about it and im getting annoyed cause the leasing office hasn’t responded nor addressed it! I will have to call code enforcement if it doesn’t get fixed
