Windsor Memorial

I’ve delivered to this location twice. The first time, I’ll admit, I spent quite a bit of time trying to find the right apartment. But on my second visit, I met a friendly gentleman named Lorenco, whose first words were, “Have you been here before? It’s quite confusing.” With a smile and great attitude, he personally guided me through the complex and made sure I got to the right place. Truly appreciated his kindness and helpfulness — concierge people like Lorenco make the job so much easier!

Love Love Love this apartment. My first tour I was welcomed and felt at home right away. The staff is so communicative and present. There is unique features like direct trail access and multiple fitness spaces. Adrianna was a wonderful tour guide the first time I visited and Jonathan has been a great help from move in to adjusting to the new apartment. Cannot recommend enough.

I’ve lived in several apartments in Houston, and Windsor is by far one of the best! The management and staff go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. I want to give very special shoutouts to the staff who have made Windsor feel like home, not just an apartment: Jonathan Kichamu at management, Guy and John at the concierge desk, and Francisco at the valet. Jonathan goes above and beyond for residents and always greets me with a smile and a fun conversation whenever we pass each other on our commutes. John and Guy (pronounced ghee) at the concierge desk are both incredibly professional, kind, and genuine people. John always greets me with a smile and friendly conversation even at odd hours of the night when I come back from nights out with friends. Guy goes above and beyond to greet me and my guests and never fails to make me laugh whenever I get home from work — and somehow he always remembers the small details from our conversations, which means the world. Francisco also never fails to make my day with witty banter and great service at the valet. Francisco goes above and beyond in his service, his kindness is memorable, and he gave my boyfriend and I nicknames that we still use LOL. Further, all of the staff are truly friendly and helpful even if I didn’t list them by name. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and the amenities are top-notch, especially the gym and yoga room. When any minor difficulties arise, which are inevitable in any community, management and maintenance have been responsive, kind, and helpful. The buildings and parking garage are extremely secure and well maintained — which is a major relief after previously living at another apartment complex in Houston where cars would be stolen out of a gated parking garage weekly. I have yet to have witnessed or heard of any issues with safety or security within Windsor. Windsor Memorial takes safety seriously and truly cares about their residents. The resident events are always fun, the free yoga classes are wonderful, and the gym is well maintained and incredibly well equipped for an apartment gym (plus: I always look forward to using the cold essential oil infused face towels after my workout). The location is hard to beat, with it being walking distance to Buffalo Bayou Park, HEB, and a 10 minute drive to many popular bars and restaurants. Plus, the complimentary valet is such a convenient perk! I lived in both the midrise and the high-rise and had great experiences with both. For the price, you truly can’t find a better deal in Houston. Both buildings are well-maintained, and the overall experience has been fantastic. Highly recommend!

Moving to Windsor Memorial was actually a pretty smooth transition. Jonathon and the staff made it welcoming from the start. There were a few minor hiccups when we moved in, but Jonathon was quick to address them and followed up consistently. He still checks in on us to see how we are doing to this day, and it’s clear the staff genuinely care. I often see them engaging with residents, creating a really supportive and connected community. The valet team is also a huge plus, they’re efficient and always helpful. And the concierge staff is fantastic! Always greeting us by name and/or saying “welcome home,” which makes such a difference. Those little touches go a long way. Pet friendly vibes all the way here!! The location is amazing, directly connected to the Buffalo Bayou Park trail. Living in the city comes with its quirks, but Windsor Memorial makes it feel safe and like home. We truly appreciate the team here and are glad to be part of this community.

The staff here is amazing and the location is truly exceptional, with fast and easy access to Buffalo Bayou. The ability to walk, run, or bike along the bayou is a highlight. The apartment's views of the downtown skyline and western sunsets are amazing. This highrise is highly recommended for those who value outdoor recreation and a beautiful urban setting.
