This community offers a fantastic location for students, with convenient access to a major grocery store, a park, and downtown, making day-to-day living and social activities easy. While the apartments themselves and the staff are often praised for being friendly and helpful, some residents have experienced slower-than-expected improvements in common area cleanliness and amenity upkeep, including occasional issues with gates and elevators.

Amazing 😍

Living here has been a major disappointment. The building is routinely filthy, with trash piled up in the trash room and rats present because of it. Common areas are poorly maintained, and I’ve even seen dog waste left in the hallways. For what residents pay, basic cleanliness and upkeep should be expected. Instead, the property feels neglected and badly managed.
