It was different and somewhat difficult. The organization never is the same from each time a new lease is required. There are too many changes that are simply not cohesive to the way the office operates. The office seems to be on the left and not very cooperative with some tenants not being treated equally as some others. Have lived on property since 1997 and the rent constantly increases without regard to tenure on the property - not even a half month discount, letalone a free month. The organization doesn't reflect that they are concerned or care. It's all about paying the rent on time, or a huge late fee, when some tenants are suffering financially with many other "pans on the stove" also, not just the rent. It seems no one in your organization cares or have interest.

Do not move hereit’s not worth the stress. Even if you keep your apartment perfectly clean, after two months, rats will show upmost likely coming from neighboring units. On top of that, bed bugs are everywhere in this building. I would never recommend living here.”

Isabel help me in finding my apartment my home here at Westward Square apartments she was very helpful. She was very caring understanding she worked with me very very much. She was very detailed very professional. always had a smile on her face and a hello and a goodbye and very versatile with her clients and I really appreciate her helping me and finding my new home. This is a great place. if you don’t have that much money or whatever but yes, Isabel was a great she was wonderful she was very educated very proper and I really enjoyed her being my listing agent. Hi, I have been the resident of this incredible community for almost four years, the leasing office staff and all the services are super, however just recently some of my neighbors including my family have experienced such a rough disrespect towards the residents by one of the security personnel here. My neighbors whose husbands are truck drivers complained that this new security approached them while they were outside their apartments and were told to get inside apartments and not to drink any tea outside apartments. Most of the Muslim families are strictly conservative and don’t liked being approached by a stranger like this security does, he lacks absolute professionalism in his job. - Let the security know not to knock or stand in the doors of the apartments and scream at kids and ladies unless it’s really necessary . - Whatever this security see in front of the apartments he throws them away without letting the residents know Name of the security: wazir gul or Nazar gul Please always have professional security personnel recruited as the westward square always have, and don’t let such security guards ruin the reputation of this happy community.

The Experience could have been better. My Rental Agent Genesis, was very nice. But there's a policy of not scheduling the repairs. This is bad for me because I don't want anyone to enter the apartment when I'm not there. A person entered while I was in a dead sleep. I kept a marker by the door and it was moved so that's how I was certain. But furthermore I awoke with a swollen wrist that was very red & painful. A couple days later, a worker on the roof threatens me, "If Mr. Yamato doesn't find somewhere else to live, I'm gonna keep being a big jerk". So I immediately have to ask myself, is this the same person whose been breaking into my " new- 4 days old apartment". The refrigerator had to be completely sterilized twice, then washed because of all the bugs and waste. This is a serious health hazard and NOTHING To PLAY AROUND WITH... Amongst other things... Malfunction shower, openings at the baseboard in all areas of apt invites bugs, Many of switches have short circuit, so sometimes working, other times not; drain mechanism not working in restroom but I may have to do some handy work. I can do some things myself but I figured, if they did so much to make the Apt like new, why not make the other little things complete. THE REFRIGERATOR & STOVE, were Major issues. Thermo not go below 69 degrees.
