On May the 28th 2024 I woke up at 5:00 this morning to go to work to find out my car with on cinder blocks and all four rims and tires were stolen off my car tried to contact the office that whole day by phone nobody answers the phone finally had a chance to get to the office on Friday and all they can say that apologize we took pictures and there are no security at all according to the lady in the office security was let go the night before now for some reason the second of the month after it was due the water stopped working try to call the office and once again no one there to answer the phones not even the emergency line for maintenance

One of the best places to live. I have lived here since 1999. One of the best managers in the apt. Busines. Mrs. Marlene Batres. I have no lntention of moving any where else.

It had now safety problems. I get late night time the Homeless people's around. We need some attention I know the team work Good but i t I m not safe here. ..we need more control close gate because I saw the homeless around putting trash .I hope to see the community clean

Always looved the maintenance crew and. Office staff so polite and friendly I've lived here over 8 yrs owners changed 2xs ... Unfortunately the new owners don't want senior housing so I'm going to have to relocate. However whilst I was here I enjoyed my services. Jan 11th I'm sooo happy to live here. I've enjoyed my stay here for 8 yrs this May. Several lines of communications are available to have questions answered. Very stress free for me. Thanks soo much for your prompt response to all matters. March 12th Once AAGAIN the maintenance crew is top notch In handling my request for service in a timely matter. Issue resolved in minutes 🤌🏾 I looove this Apartment complex 💖 Greaaat services here always friendly courteous prompt 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿 As usual a quick call brings a quick fix to whatever issue I'm presented with 🙌🏿 Thannnks soo much to the maintenance team I l♥️E the prompt attention.
