Excellent. The maintenance technician was here only 5 minutes and fixed the problem with the kitchen electrical outlet. Thanks so very much and Happy New Year

My experience at Westbury Crossings was a 10/10! They were able to get me fully set up in under 3 days, which made the whole move-in process so smooth. The people at the front desk were really nice, patient, and very understanding—especially since this was my first time renting. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and it shows that they care about their residents. If you’re looking for a great place to live with amazing service, I’d definitely recommend Westbury Crossings! Thank you to Liz and sheneva and latocha.

I'm currently living in an apartment 1208 my air conditioner is not working I placed many work orders to the management so they can come and fix my air conditioning every time they came to my apartment they just put some gas on my air conditioning or they change the filter but I keep telling them the AC is not working still one of the workers told me the reason why your AC is not working because your apartment is facing the Sun it just makes no sense my apartment have 90° inside my apartment at night time,0 I can't even sleep at night I've been sleeping in my car for 4 days it just ridiculous I don't recommend this apartment complex to any new residents they just have the worst management tomorrow is the last chance I'm going to give this management to fix my AC or they have to change it because this AC is very old and I just can't take it anymore.. I'ma make a police report tomorrow and move out to another apartments and I'll see you guys in court

Worst apartment complex ever. The condition of the apartments, and the area, are just...I mean you get what you pay for. That's not my problem. I lived here for 2-3 years with my now ex-husband. I separated from him in Sept. of 2022, and almost immediately after doing so, made attempts to get in contact with the office to notify them that I had left and try to get my name removed from the lease. I was told an email, with a note that I had signed, would suffice. So I sent off the email, called back a few times because getting through is awful, but eventually confirmed they had received the email and that I was set. A couple months go by and in Dec. I realized I was still getting emails from the complex. So I reached back out, was told I needed to fill out paperwork for the removal of my name from the lease, drove the hour to fill out the paper with my ex, and left it there, happy to finally be done with it all. My divorce was finalized May 1st 2024. Which is important, because, my ex leaves the apartment, and from what I had seen the two times I had been there since moving out to retrieve my belongings...it was just disgusting. But anyway, he leaves the apartment mid-late May, after our divorce was finalized, and we had been living separately for over a year and a half, with my name off the lease, or so we had assumed. Late last year, while apartment hunting as a single mother, who just left her job to start her own business, I realized, thanks to credit karma, I now owe over $11k to Westbury Crossing. Not even mad about the amount, as I said the apartment was disgusting. Come to find out, my ex was taken to court, summoned by the complex and their attorneys, but I, however, was not. He spoke with the attorney, told them I had been removed from the lease, and went to court twice over the matter. I was never notified and never attended. I proceeded to reach out to the office at Westbury, and was told to call back in January of 2025 because the manager was on Maternity Leave. Which is just ridiculous. But fine. My ex reaches out and the same woman that told me too bad, so sad, try again, told him she would work on it. Haven't heard from them since. I've been trying to call, no answer. So, I've reached out to an attorney, I have proof that I am not responsible for this debt, and am prepared to take legal action. Unless, of course, the apartment complex is willing to right this wrong. So I suppose I will march my happy butt in there to make an attempt and we shall see. I do not recommend moving into this apartment complex. In addition to my issue, the reviews mentioning issues with pests/bugs, drugs, towing issues, and more, are all accurate. Don't walk away, run.
