I have been living here for over a year. It's such a wonderful place. Very close to popular stores like Joe V's Smart Shop and Fiesta, and close to schools. It's a secured and quiet environment. The Property Manager, Yanique is so nice and friendly, has a listening ear, and always ready to attend to any issues. Angel, the technical man, is something else! very efficient. I sent a mail to the property manager about some things that needed to be fixed and the next day all the three maintenance issues were fully addressed! I absolutely recommend this place. I wish I could give more than five stars!

I have been here 2 yrs yes it’s quiet and clean but I seem to hv issuer wt getting service when needed I been waiting a week to unplug my toilet and it’s starting to smell talk to both manager and Dianna as of today 10/26 still not repair . Dianna said due to me having a second toilet it was no rush 😡. A 10 minute issuer !!

I've lived here close to a year presently.. It's very quiet and peaceful here. The property is not very large and it's kept very clean.. Everyone seems to be to themselves ( smile , speak and keep it moving).. Upon repairs ( it may take a day or 2 but they are coming)... Overall it's a good place to live and I do recommend this property as a place to consider moving..

We just moved in and any small issue we may have gets fixed the same day or latest the next. Apartments are very calm, clean, and overall seem to be very well managed. Never had an issue with parking. Or anything! It's perfect!
