I moved into my apartment 05/20/26 From the office staff to maintenance has been very helpful. I want to say how Extremely Lee(maintenance) has went out & beyond. He was on top of washing machine issue, whatever issues I had which was small/minor he took care of it within the same day or within 24hrs. Thank you Tina for all your help & Thank you Bonnie(no longer at this property) Again the staff has been great !! Thank you Lee !!

I just wanted to show my maintenance men some love. Lee and Marlon are great. When you need something fixed, they work with urgency very polite and respectful. Thank you guys!

I don't live here but from what I've experienced through my cousin's recent movie in, I've seen nothing but the best service. Within the first week of moving in, the maintenance manager, Lee, was knocking on the door as my cousin was putting in her request with the office. So unheard of. Not only was he prompt, he listened to all the things that was needed for the apartment and went above and beyond in completing them within 2 days. What he couldn't complete in one day he made sure his team, Manuel and Marlin, took care of first thing in the morning. It's a nice, quiet, and friendly environment. The grounds are well kept. I would definitely refer others to move here.
