I love living at the Vermillion. Bonnie is the best! The maintenance are great and on time. They keep the grounds clean. Great affordable housing!

When i say welcoming. The staff is so welcoming and makes sure you’re looking for exactly what fits your lifestyle and budget for sure. When you look at low prices on certain things, you think its low grade. This place gives me luxury vibes. Communication is great. I dealt with the male leaser Keon , hope i got his name right. Go see him !!! Thank you so much. Hoping to move in soon !!

These people gave me the run around about returning my deposit for 6 MONTHS ,I moved out in March 2025, the first lie was it was coming to my forwarding address the second lie was they were gonna send it to the office and I come pick it up from there , the 3rd lie is I owe a cleaning fee, I have all 3 lies recorded,also I have a 6 minute video of how clean my unit was when I moved out because it literally looked as though someone was about to move in, BONNIE is the person that gave me 3 different lies within 6 months. I still don't have my $300 deposit simply because someone may have kept it. So if you want your deposit when you move out don't move here, and I've looked at the other reviews of them responding to call a number to get everything situated it's actually the office number that they don't answer. Y'all tell people to make fake good reviews, just like they told me too when I first moved in.

The complex overall is amazing from the pool to the theater room and fitness center I love it. Keyon please forgive me if I got the spelling wrong, but he was a big help he gave me an amazing tour and very patient with me. Tina was also a huge help with this process explaining minor details and guiding me with the application. Both of them were very kind, helpful, and patient and I truly appreciate that. Can’t wait to move in thanks you guys!

My experience here has been awesome thanks to Rayanna. She is so amazing and super sweet. This is my first time experiencing trying to get an apartment and she has made the experience so easy. Before I did my application to the time I got approved and moved in she has been super helpful and informative any questions I had she answer with no problem. And I know I probably got on her nerves stayed calling and emailing asking questions but she always was so patient with me. I glad I could work with her anybody need and information or help ask for Rayanna and she will not disappoint. P. s. Management need to give her a raise.
