They made the entire experience simple and easy, I was able to get approved and a great price on a unit. Happy to be apart of such an amazing experience!!

I’ve lived here at Verdir for a year now and I have had no issues with safety. The new management is phenomenal. This new team of leasing professionals answer the phones promptly and the maintenance team is the original team and they are extremely helpful and efficient. The new management came in and got straight to work with updating the grounds and building. The complex itself is extremely secure, well lit and the gates are NEVER BROKEN! All access points require a key fob for entry and all access locks work properly no broken entry point in almost 12 months. If you’re from Houston you know how uncommon that is.

Hailee was amazing! I’m so happy she was the leasing associate that took care of my roommate and I. She was super informative and reassuring - if you come to tour here PLEASE ask for Hailee!
