Love my experience living here! Super conveniently located, so many coffee shops that are walking distance, great gym and pool, and nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

The leasing process since the day I toured until the day I moved in was seamless, all with Alia’s help! She truly has been the greatest, made sure all my questions were timely answered, and gave a perfect tour that made me fall in love with the complex/unit so fast :) Everyone in this community is so welcoming and I can’t wait to start my stay!

Lived here for 3 years btwn 2023-2026. They love to tout Luxury and Upscale living but it’s all a facade. That pool that looks so nice is overdue for a facelift and revamp, meaning the cleanliness and pool filters needs to be addressed. Parking- they tote a “spacious” garage that has not one but TWO non-resident storage facilities for all the renovations they’re doing. The first one is on the first floor taking over 12 spots (which I was unfortunate enough to never see moved) and the next went up about a year ago taking over a full wall from the 5th floor guest parking. (Personally I don’t see why they couldn’t use the roof, who no one uses, but we all know that the resident and their guests here are not the priority). The state of the garage is abysmal, at least 3 different areas where the garage is LITERALLY falling apart. On top of that, if your tags are even close to being expired, they let their predatory towing company tow your vehicle away. Like I said, you and your guest are not the priority here. Management- truly, super nice people. Every interaction was pleasant and friendly, and I genuinely do think they would help if they could. But their management company is all about the bottom dollar. This is my personal opinion here, but I always found it difficult to believe that all the “community” events couldn’t have been used towards, idk maybe making the luxury apartments feel more luxurious?? But go ahead, let’s play bingo again instead of addressing the crumbling garage! Pros- great location, right in the middle of the city, surrounded by awesome nightlife. Neighbors and fellow residents were always friendly and never had any issues with any other resident.

Beautiful property, Morgan the manager was very sweet alongside the assistant manager Josh i believe is his name? So kind. Will definitely consider this location, central to everything honestly. The staff are kind and the pool area is stunning.

The property is absolutely beautiful. We had drinks with one of our friends. That’s a resident there. My lease is almost up. Definitely considering this property. It’s also really amazing that they have a bar downstairs by the pool!! The staff is so friendly Josh is awesome
