While I only did a tour through their property, It was beautiful. I did my tour With Alex And he was nothing sort of amaze me. One of my favorite features about this property was the bar inside the community Area. Alex Was so informative I’m very personable. I was also impressed with all the recent renovations, Just waiting for the timeline of my lease and availability to lineup.

The leasing team here is truly wonderful. Alex is especially amazing- he’s always friendly, says hi whenever you walk by, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. He goes above and beyond to help whenever he can, and you can tell he really cares about the residents. The events team also does such a great job! They host a variety of fun events, from fitness classes to seasonal arts and creative events, plus other community gatherings throughout the year. It really adds to the overall experience!

My husband and I recently stayed in the short term rental at US Bayou Park apartments, and our stay was amazing! The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was great and walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Staff were extremely friendly. We felt safe and welcomed the entire weekend. We would definitely recommend US Bayou Park to any friends and family traveling to Houston in the future!

Super cute spot, close to a lot of things to do in Houston! Love how cozy the layouts are & the apartments with a view of the pool area? CHEFS KISS! Love love love! Anyway - let’s talk about the staff!!! A super sweet guy named Josh helped us around & was so well spoken & informative! 100% would have folded him up & taken him home with me if I could have lol!! We enjoyed looking at this spot, but chose something a bit further East. Keep it up US Bayou Park! Lovely spot to stay short term or long term!

We stayed in the short term rental at Us Bayou Apartments for a girls weekend - it was absolutely perfect! The check in process was easy, the map of the complex was very helpful. The parking for our apartment was incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was gorgeous and comfortable. The table was beautifully set and the kitchen was well stocked. The bathtubs were perfectly deep and relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable. The welcome packet was a great way to orient newcomers to the area. The complex had a variety of activities on going - we went to a cocktail class and saw others participating in an exercise class. The dog park was precious! 10/10, can’t wait to go back again!
