I worked with Jennifer Phillips who went above and beyond to find not only my partner and I a dream property in Houston but also my partners mother! I’m usually very skeptical about reviews but in complete honesty Jennifer exceeded my expectations. She was quick to contact, respond and send suggestions. We were not even residing in the state so we had to rely on Jenifer to be our eyes in Houston as we got packed up in Florida. Really I’ve never worked with someone so attentive, passionate about their work and genuinely a kind and a good person like her. I found my dream apartment with an absolutely stunning view!! Stop looking around, you found the Realtor that you're looking for. I am a transplant from Denver and I interviewed over the phone 4-5 realtors over the phone to just get a feel for people. When I ran into Nicholas we hit it off right away. And simply put, he was a great realtor and and an even better dude. He found me a property that is amazing in a great location by simply listening to what I wanted to start with, even though I changed my mind a couple of times between the city and the suburbs. One of the best things about Nick is his chill factor. No, I don't mean that he is lazy and nonchalant, but that he is calm, knows the process, and knows Houston so well that while your busy panicking about everything, (this was my first home), he is busy chilling out and walking you through it. I am telling you, talk to him, give him an idea of what your looking for and he will take care of the rest. Im sure other realtors would have been descent too, but Nicholas is just a step up, so don't hesitate and thank me later.

We worked with Kat Nichols for our rental search in the Houston inner-loop area. She is the best realtor we have worked with to date. Kat responded immediately and worked with us to view a couple of properties. She got a good feeling for what we liked and so when it was time to make a decision, she made us feel that our decision was sound and we made the right choice. She did not make us feel like we were just another number to her. We felt like we were her only client the entire time with exceptional service. We will definitely be using her again in the future for our next home search. Thank you Kat!

We worked with Courtney H. as our rental agent. We had a 1 day time frame to view and pick an apartment for mid-June possession. She was excellent. She was also fun. She arranged viewing for 6 different places (4 our suggestions and 2 hers). She researched each place to see what units were available, at what price and what deals there were. In the end we picked a great apartment on Hermann park at a very reasonable price and she guided us all the way. She also seems to know a lot about the general real estate market in Houston and would no doubt be a good choice to buy a home. Thanks Courtney!

My husband and I decided to move to Texas from California. We were quite unsure how we would find an apartment in Houston. I reached out to ULR Properties and got in touch with our agent Jessica Wilson. Let me start by saying she was absolutely amazing! She made the process of finding an apartment in Houston so smooth and easy! She was so helpful! I cannot thank her enough! She stayed within our budget, and helped us find a pet friendly apartment complex that was absolutely beautiful on the inside and out. She was very thoughtful and constantly kept us updated on any new apartment complexes within our budget. She was also always available when I had any questions and listened to all of our concerns.
