I had an appointment at 3pm. I meet with the leasing office people to view the apartment I saw online. I was welcome in by the team, I was showed the available unit they had I was looking at. Great experience. Did my application and I am currently

I recently went to the leasing office to try and ask for availability for an apartment, and I was attended by a chubby hispanic man who only accepts legal documented people and only those kinds of people. I felt entirely discriminated as I have never heard of such standard for a mere application. If I could, I would rate 0 stars for this "welcoming" service.

I toured with Cesar and he truly made my experience amazing from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. Cesar went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend touring with Cesar if you want a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free experience!

I had a great experience with the customer service at this apartment complex. The staff was friendly, professional, and very responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. They genuinely made the process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. While there are a few minor areas that could be improved, the excellent customer service definitely stands out and makes this a great place to live overall.

Ana was very helpful and attentive. She was patient, she was nice, she provided Great customer service! 🫶🏾 and I’m looking forward to moving into my apartment Friday. :) Although I gave these apartments a 5 star because of great customer service but nothing was fixed in this apartment when I moved in it’s roach infested, if it’s not an emergency maintenance will take their time coming to fix things I see. I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable in my home and I been here for only 4 days and it’s just me and my two kids in a 1 bedroom apartment. I don’t want them feeling uncomfortable either but I know I won’t be here much longer.
