Got stuck first outside the gate then again inside the gate because I did not have a passcode to get in and out as a delivery contractor. They really need to fix this. I had to wait for residents to allow me and another person to leave after a delivery. It was a very inconvenient as I have other orders.

This is getting two stars because for the area of town, this is extremely affordable and maintenance is generally pretty good. However, this place has a serious problem with management. They regard a dog’s right to bark and cause disturbance over your peace and sanity. When complaining to upper management, they will take a rude and aggressive tone with you (raised voice with a very annoyed tone). More cons: many robberies, auto theft, dog waste left on the grounds and biggest issue currently is MISSING PACKAGES! They just built a new parcel locker but are now closing it down. Even when this was implemented, I had not received one of my packages that was marked as delivered to parcel locker. Management has authorization to check lockers but wouldn’t do so as it would cause a major inconvenience. Also for price you will get what you pay for. The floors in my apartment are vile and nasty to look at, complete eye soars. Phase 2 is probably only a small step up from the Phase 1 apartments, which often get complaints about pests and how rundown they are. If it weren’t for price, convenient UT shuttle and the gym I’d absolutely have gone elsewhere. Looking forward to moving when the time is right.

Just moved in. A new manager took over the leasing office and they are more professional now.

You have to drive your trash to the other end of the campus, the office staff are not very friendly or helpful, the floor plan of the apartments could be much better. The only good thing is the location...

I just want to mention about one of security officer lady, I’ve never seen rude person in my life like her, she is very disrespectful and unprofessional, so that’s bad reputation. Please consider
