Buyers beware- this management company changes an annual ~$1,000 assessment fee (on top of monthly HOA fees). All townhomes/condos have this ability to charge this in their bylaws but typically charge a fee maybe every 4-5 years. This complex charges this assessment fee every year. It is not mentioned in sellers disclosures.
