Low monthly assessments for services provided. Personable staff, self managed community. No contracted management company...a real plus. Good communication, to residents from office and Board of Directors.

Left notice on my car about parking. Telling me I have to park in driveway or garage. I cannot park in either place as it is too difficult for me to get in and out of my car. I do not live here and I am in a wheelchair.
