UPDATE: same, nice and quiet, safe place. The sad part: after dealing with t o much stupidity with my bank, and getting behind in payments, was time to face the fact than I get evicted, and I have to say, office where very kind and hold for me big time… but at the end, me stressed out, moving things out fast as i can, no money to find storage or doing living arrangements, administration came and check, i was thinking leave that night,wanted to show my dog, said “I will the police” and they cut the electricity. Little is better, but that put me behind more, impossible to move stuff in the darkness, my food got bad, no ate until today I got some cash and my medicine that need it to be in the refrigerator, spoiled… and I wil get new one until 2 weeks. And the price is … expensive I can not afford it. And cutting services is illegal. It was better than I thought. Place is clean, apartment beautiful, people very nice It was better than I thought. I had an amazing stay here. The community was always quiet and peaceful, and the environment felt very comfortable. The leasing office was extremely professional, understanding, and helpful throughout my entire time living here. I really appreciate how supportive and responsive the staff was. Overall, a great experience!

Unfortunately the management and maintenance team never helped residents with any problem. The home itself and the garage was nice aside from one point I had a hole in my ceiling for months that leaked water when I showered and they did not fix it despite my requests. There was also a dead dog on the curb in front of the complex for months that they never took care of it was so sad.

Hey, world I want you to know, while living here it has been a blessing. Quiet neighbors,friendly and empathetic staff. I have never had a property manager be so nice and understanding.I appreciate the grace extended during this holiday season and how they treated me with respect while I was sick. I experienced a brief delay before resolution was put in place within 1 working day! After talking to our manager I was relieved to know grace was extended to resolve my issue. Endy has been a blessing. I would recommend 10/10 just due to how they care about their residents hardships and providing support. Thank You TGH for making my holidays positively warm. From the moment we arrived, Pat the property management team made us feel incredibly welcome. The maintenance staff is exceptionally polite and thorough, addressing every issue in our unit with detailed explanations and efficient solutions. We're grateful to be part of this community and give this property a well-deserved 5-star rating. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful place to call home!
