Lived at this complex for a year and let me just say that you should absolutely read all the bad reviews. The good reviews are just fillers to try and catch your attention, which I fell for as well. The apartments were never safe , even though they said they had “security” which we only saw every once in a few months. This means that they had many homeless coming in quite frequently. You could not keep anything on your patio because of the potential of someone stealing it! Too many people caught on my ring camera walking by and taking A lot of crime in the area as well . A neighbor in the complex once told us there was a shoot out right outside the fence. Our biggest worry was that we were neighbors with someone who sold 💊. Nothing but different people going in and out of this place. A few instances where people were tweaking out because they did not get their items. The unit itself was very nice, especially the concept for the 2b2b, but there was mold growing under flooring. Maintenance never gave me much problems , but I can say there were certain ones that complained to their job or did half job . PLEASE STAY AWAY.

No hot water for months. This is under the recent new management. They keep sending notices about no hot water, but no details about when it could be fixed. Who pays their rent and still doesn’t have the basic amenities? This is also during the coldest time of the year. We just had a freeze warning and still no hot water. This should be illegal. When you try to contact corporate you are given the wrong information from the local office. Now I’m contacting the better business bureau because someone needs to take care of this very urgent matter. Boiling water to take a bath is insane. Let management take cold showers and their families.

RUN ! DONT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE ! ⭐️ 1 Star – Would Not Recommend Living here has been extremely frustrating. The hot water is constantly not working, and it’s almost expected at this point. Even now, in the middle of a snowstorm, the hot water is out again—no surprise at all. The office never answers the phones, even though they supposedly have four working phone numbers. Good luck getting help. You also can’t ever get familiar with office staff because they never last. The community is dirty. Residents don’t pick up after their dogs, and management does nothing to enforce it. On top of that, there are ongoing plumbing issues, including sewage/poop water surfacing around the community, which is absolutely unacceptable. They charge suspicious fees for everything, and nothing is ever clearly explained. The gates are always broken, access codes rarely work, and parking is a nightmare—there is never parking available in front of your own home. Marilyn, the manager, is always “in meetings” and never actually resolves issues. Maintenance shows up but only does half-done fixes, so the same problems keep coming back. Overall, this place is poorly managed, overpriced for the conditions, and extremely stressful to live in. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere Many of the positive reviews are fake or incentivized. When you get your keys, they ask you to leave a 5-star review in exchange for discounts—discounts that you never actually receive. That alone should tell you a lot about how this place is run.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The leasing office was extremely unprofessional. Management and staff kept changing frequently, which caused constant confusion and lack of accountability. No one seemed to know what was going on. The apartment itself had serious cleanliness issues. There were cockroaches everywhere, trash was often left on the ground, and the complex felt unsafe. Many unknown people were inside the property, and it was never clear who actually lived there. The water was frequently shut off, sometimes without proper notice. On top of that, the mailboxes were broken into multiple times, and the gate was usually not working, which made the place feel even more insecure. When I moved out, they returned my security deposit short by about $200 without any explanation. When I renewed my lease the first time, they renewed it for an extra year without clearly informing me and asked me to sign without proper clarification. I later proved through email records that the renewal period they claimed was incorrect, yet they still did nothing to fix their mistake. There was also a staff member who tried to charge me an extra month of rent after I moved out. I discussed this with her multiple times, but she refused to listen. Eventually, I escalated the issue to the manager, and it turned out she was wrong. Even then, she never admitted her mistake. This place caused me serious psychological stress. I lived there for a year and a half, counting the days until my lease ended, just hoping to leave peacefully without more problems. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. It was an exhausting, frustrating, and deeply disappointing experience.

Everyone has been great to us. It’s a wonderful team, and they put on really fun events every month. It’s a great community , I definitely recommend it. Marilyn has such a lovely heart.
