I love the new management I have requested work orders and have fixed all my issues Malisha the manager it's AMAZING SHE GETS things done in the property gates work and I will be renewing my lease.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! If I could I would rate it 0 stars. It was bad at first with the old management since day one but this new management is ridiculously useless.The assistants never know answers to anything and the manager who is knowledgeable I will say is extremely rude in every aspect zero professionalism. When they took over they tried saying my contract was for another month, thank God I keep all documents with me. I had to correct them on my move out day. Then came the problems with charging. When I asked the new management how much rent will be paying cuz of course it fluctuates they replied “whatever you paid last time” I continue to pay the average price and ended up with a credit. They refused to give it claiming that ever since they took over no one has been billed for water. Ok, so now you’re claiming you’ll probably slam all your current tenants with 3 months worth of water bill which is ridiculous considering we all work for our hard earned money. Mind you I asked for a credit and deposit back because I ran as soon as I knew my contract was over with them. There’s no such thing as safety here. A lot of homeless and illegal activity can be witnessed left and right. Gate is rarely ever working. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of sewer problems the complex has. Water issues caused my apartment to be filled with water multiple times. Hot water is not always available so if you have kids good luck because they won’t do much to fix anything. Definitely reporting to BBB and whatever I possibly can. Editing because I forgot to mentioned they took everyone’s fire extinguishers and didn’t bother to replace them. That’s also a safety hazard and it shows how careless they are towards their tenants.I’m just glad to be out from this complex. Good luck to anyone dealing with them!

I want to rate this apt now at zero stars. This place has gone downhill since new management came in, and they don’t care about resident issues. When you put in a maintenance request, it doesn’t seem like they respond or fix any issues. The new manager is always putting a towing sticker on people's vehicles before the office opens. When she is parking in the future resident parking as well. Water pressure has been low and the gate is always open for homeless people walking in and out breaking into units/mailboxes and knocking on people's front doors looking for something to sell drugs. At least when old management was here Marilyn and before her the care so much about the community and had events and great specials. But now I'm so ready for my lease to end and leave this place, I don’t feel safe anymore to much is going on with the roaches rats new manager is not addressing issues or concerns she always has an attitude!!!!! So to all future residents, please read the review first before signing up to live here because what they show you is not the same after you sign your lease and move in!!!!!
