This has been my favorite apartment I’ve lived in by far and I’ve lived quite a few places. Amazing and convenient location for the price, very close to Midtown/ Montrose and anywhere else you’d want to go for events and nightlife, nice updated apartments, great amenities (yoga class twice a week in the gym), concierge that will bring your packages to your door if you ask, all staff was super nice and helpful as well as maintenance was very quick and efficient anytime I put in a request. Very pet friendly, I have two dogs and being a 1 minute walk away from buffalo bayou park was a game changer. Literally the only thing I could find to complain about is that people don’t pick up after their dogs in the dog park but they have someone clean it pretty much everyday so it never gets bad and really isn’t an issue. They also have people clean the hallways and carpets weekly so if there’s any mess in the stairwells or hallways it’s cleaned up quickly and the carpets never smell. Overall I highly recommend and would’ve happily renewed my lease if I hadn’t had a baby and bought a house. I was sad to leave and had the best time here.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Tinsley on the Park. The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Monica. She goes above and beyond to assist residents and makes the experience even better. I highly recommend Tinsley on the Park to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
