We rented with a guy name Frank. He is the landlord for the townhomes. He is very unprofessional and not a man of his word. He lied to us multiple times just to get us to rent since no one was interested in renting there, but at the time we didnt know. He never answers his calls or text. He tried renting us the townhome without any appliances and kept lying to us by saying they are coming in tomorrow. He said that everyday for 2 weeks. In the end they never came. After we signed the lease, he refused to give us the copy of our lease and a receipt of our money order. He is very rude and unprofessional and i advise that no one rents with him. We spoke with the neighbors too and they also said he is very unprofessional and a liar. The first day we signed, we had a water issue and when we called him he didnt anwser and never came to fix it. We decided to break the lease. If you want to be stress free and not deal with such a person, please dont sign with frank.
