“recently moved in and from day one, the team managing the condo has treated me amazingly. I had a small issue with the air conditioning, and they handled it incredibly well: they fixed it super fast, with so much kindness, patience, and zero hassle. You can really tell this is a committed team that truly cares about making sure all residents feel comfortable and happy. I’m genuinely grateful for the warm welcome and for how they’ve made me feel so at home already. Thank you so much to the entire team — 100% recommended! 😊🙏”

My partner and I have had such an incredible experience at The Villas at Westchase, starting with our amazing leasing agent Chris Bower! From the moment we walked in Chris went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress free and genuinely enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the community, answered every question with ease and patience and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. His professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes such pride in helping others and Chris is absolutely that person! Because of him choosing The Villas at Westchase was an easy decision. If you’re considering moving here do yourself a favor and ask for Chris, he makes all the difference!

I was assisted by Chris when I toured the community. He went above and beyond for me. I’m grateful for his diligence and expertise as a leasing agent. I really felt valued as a potential renter. The property is also beautiful. The environment is filled with kind, respectful employees and residents. I wish I could give them more stars!

What an AMAZING team!! Valerie and Chris went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move from beginning to end. We were driving from south Florida and were running a little behind but Chris was gracious enough to wait for us to give us our keys! I only seen the apartment through the face time video I did with Valerie. But when we opened the door we were very happy. The apartment is spacious and the area is nice! The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, and the neighbors are respectful and kind. The amenities are also a huge plus — the pools, gym, and dog park are always kept in great shape. The location is really convenient, close to everything I need. I’m really happy I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home!
