The Villas at Westchase

My partner and I have had such an incredible experience at The Villas at Westchase, starting with our amazing leasing agent Chris Bower! From the moment we walked in Chris went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress free and genuinely enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the community, answered every question with ease and patience and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. His professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes such pride in helping others and Chris is absolutely that person! Because of him choosing The Villas at Westchase was an easy decision. If you’re considering moving here do yourself a favor and ask for Chris, he makes all the difference!

What an AMAZING team!! Valerie and Chris went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move from beginning to end. We were driving from south Florida and were running a little behind but Chris was gracious enough to wait for us to give us our keys! I only seen the apartment through the face time video I did with Valerie. But when we opened the door we were very happy. The apartment is spacious and the area is nice! The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, and the neighbors are respectful and kind. The amenities are also a huge plus — the pools, gym, and dog park are always kept in great shape. The location is really convenient, close to everything I need. I’m really happy I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home!

AVOID LIVING HERE – Management Doesn’t Care, and It Shows It’s past 2:00 AM, and once again, Apartment 304 at 12261 Lexington Park Drive is making excessive, disruptive noise — like they’re the only people who live here. This isn’t the first time. We made a complaint to the front desk when it first happened, and guess what? Absolutely nothing was done. The tenants clearly don’t care, and unfortunately, neither does management. To make matters worse, management’s approach is to send a email or generic building-wide communication about quiet hours and think their job is done. It’s not. That’s not how you manage a residential community. If you’re serious about providing a livable environment, you should consider hiring an after-hours staff member or on-site response team to deal with these kinds of ongoing issues — not just ignore them and hope people will magically comply. This place has the potential to be great — it’s in a solid neighborhood — but the complete lack of accountability is turning it into one of the worst places to live in the area. We're counting down the days until our lease ends. STAY AWAY from this place unless you enjoy sleepless nights and management that doesn't follow through.

I’ve had such a great experience living at The Villas at Westchase! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the amazing staff. Valerie and Kaylee are both incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with maintenance requests, or just being a friendly face in the office, they truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. I’m really happy to call this place home — highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment in the area!
