I’m very disappointed with this apartment complex. The air conditioning was broken for nearly five months, making the unit uncomfortable and at times unbearable. Maintenance was slow and ineffective, and the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. What’s even worse is being charged about $600 for electricity in just one month, which makes no sense given the ongoing AC problems. Management offered no reasonable explanation or solution for the excessive bill. This place shows a lack of concern for tenants and basic living conditions. I strongly do not recommend renting here.

This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment did not have working AC for almost five months, even during hot weather. Despite multiple complaints, management failed to fix the issue in a reasonable time. On top of that, I was charged around $600 for electricity for a single month, which is completely unreasonable, especially considering the AC wasn’t even working. Management provided no clear explanation or accountability for this charge. Overall, poor maintenance, extremely high utility costs, and lack of responsiveness from management. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

It is a DUMP! I have lived here for 7 months and in that time the AC has gone down 5 times. My toilets have bubbled and overflowed 4 times. The security gate for the garage was not working for about 6 weeks. This weekend the AC in the entire building wend down! Still down! They turned off the water today! And the elevators are down! Management says, "sorry for the inconvenience" Also the elevators and hallways stink of marijuana! Dont be fooled by the location, the building is old and broke!!!!

Living at 2929 Wesleyan has been such a wonderful experience, and I can’t say enough great things about the staff who make this community feel like home. From day one, the office team has been nothing short of amazing. Linda is always so welcoming and attentive—she truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued. Harvey’s professionalism and kindness stand out every time I interact with him, and Nour has a way of making everything run so smoothly with her efficiency and great attitude. Stephanie, the concierge in the afternoon/ evening, always greets me with a smile and is so helpful—she sets the tone when you walk in at night and makes the lobby feel warm and inviting. Otta is fantastic—always ready to help with a positive spirit, and it’s clear he really cares about the residents. The valet staff deserve a huge shout-out as well; they are prompt, courteous, and consistently provide excellent service, which makes life here so much easier. It’s rare to find such a thoughtful and genuinely caring team all in one place. The staff at 2929 Wesleyan truly go above and beyond, and it makes me proud to call this community home.

In real estate, you often hear the words: location, location, location! In my experience, it really does matter, and living at 2929 is no different. This location has everything! Many great shops and eateries within walking distance. Aside from the obvious benefits of luxury high-rise living, the staff here is phenomenal. Great leadership can usher in positive changes and an inviting atmosphere. The new manager, Megan, and her assistant Nour, have been leading the charge for residents. Every need or concern brought to their attention has been addressed with the utmost professionalism and followed-up until resolved. Our unmatched leasing agents Linda and Harvey are excellent agents who demonstrate care and compassion for residents and visitors alike. Our concierge, valet, and maintenance teams are relentless in their efforts to meet the needs of every resident and their guests. Lastly, our community brunches, game nights, dinners, and other events from the club floor offer some of the best views of Houston. Meagan has spearheaded changes with our amenities, and they are being upgraded with new features and furniture, and we are excited to see the finished product. Keep up the great work!
