Good Room vista Villa they nicely received nicely taking with me overall everything is good and super

I don't like being threatened because I leave a review about my experience. I fear no man ,do what you have to do to me .I am ok ..yes you should pay for stuff even if they rigged it up to fall apart or paint over damage ,that's been there for years , decades even, because you signed the lease it falls on you .then paint over it to scam the next.you can tell over time the half job .I pray they fix everything up to health department standards.folks pay rent and they deserve better.the water should not always be an issue, especially after paying rent ,like clockwork,over pile of dust,ac controlled or need to be fixed all the time, sweating your clothes out type hot , wash room always broken ,ac leaking in the restroom,tub peeling from poor job,chair to keep icebox closed ,food turn to ice ,have to keep pulling the string to flush the toilet because it's so rusted its broken, shower water goes from hot to cold ,raining in the room and kitchen,nails come out the walls, ,paint peels off walls on its own, the whole Houston has rats and roaches so no need to ask about that .door wood turns into sand ,etc etc ,to pay full rent through app ,is like 30 bucks,not much parking space,rude employees , maintenance and office change like every few months .expect things to have to berepaired over and over by new people, or the same , fake walk through inspections, they won't fix nothing they write down,take your fire alarm don't replace it ,then say you can't put one ,weak blinds that fall apart ,if you barely touch them,black of some type in the windows,wait til you see what's in the walls where the ac is .if your phone goes dead and noone to call you can't get in the gate ..price is perfect tho ,but a peace of mine is priceless.GOD BLESS everyone,even these folks that run the apartments.the point of the review is to give my experience , , besides it is different for everyone,some might think this is no problem .greed is taking over .
