The Villas at Sienna was our first home in the U.S., and it was a wonderful experience. Ms. Karina was extremely helpful and made our move smooth and easy. The staff is cooperative, and the handover process was hassle-free.

***UPDATE Mon.12-1-25*** Pls take online reviews from current residents who R having issues seriously. I don't recommend anyone move here w/out understanding that if you have a REAL issue, it will be arduous on your part to get it solved. If you have the energy & time for this, move here. I had an inspection Wed.11-26-25 which was no more than pest control coming in, asking me where the problem is, THEN TELLING ME there were no entry points found, he didn't inspect a thing. Didn't really look, didn't bend down, no tools used to identify entry points, no real visual inspection. I notified Courtney the manager AND assistant manager Colleen of this via email & also shared I'm still killing bugs. I sent the email on Thurs.11-27 (they were closed that day for Thanksgiving) however, they were open the next day Fri. 11-28, Sat. 11-29, & Mon. 12-1 - I have not received a response from either of them. Mon. 12-1, I sent a text asking them to respond & the text response was "you'll receive a response shortly". Shortly turned into no response. Its now been 3 full open office business days - absolutely no response to the email. I'm still killing bugs after now my 7th pest control & a non-inspection inspection. See photo. Beware. Real issues are treated very differently than minor issues & your emails may be ignored - as mine has been now for 3 full days, despite this being an ongoing issue. I've lived @ the Villas for 3 full months. I wouldn't recommend anyone live here - at least not under this current manager Courtney. She doesn't do what she says she will. It's a pattern & I've experienced this from day 1. She will email/text that she'll take care of an issue & not do it. I'm not going to say she lies, I'm going to say don't expect her to do 1 thing she tells you. If you want it done YOU will have to STAY ON HER to get it done. Hounding via texts, calls, & emails. Each time she apologizes, but CONTINUES the behavior. It's exhausting & fosters a lack of trust. I'll provide recent & older exs. Recent- there's been a bug issue in my unit (water bugs, roaches, centipedes). We pay for pest control, when I noticed it was an ongoing issue, I began requesting pest control. I've now had my 6th pest control. I was told they never had an issue in this unit before. That is hard to believe as I've been here 3 mths, & I've had the issue. I've had to stay on her to ensure what she tells me she will do about it will get done. On Wed. I was told a cleaner would "be there in the morning" to clean out the area where the issue is coming from. Morning & afternoon came, no cleaner. I waited until close to 5, reached out & she did not respond. After closing hours,the assistant manager Colleen explained why no one came & it would be the next day. After the cleaning, I reached out prior to 10 AM to CONFIRM the next steps. Next steps were for a cover to be placed over the water drain pipe & someone to inspect the floor & walls of the closet where there is separation between the wall & floor, for entry points. I was told by Courtney "maintenance would come today" to put the cover on. No one came. So I reached out asking had the plans changed & I didn't receive a response. There is a serious lack of communication on her part. Older: when I moved in a few things needed to be done in the unit, I was told on July 25th they would "definitely be done today"- that today turned into close to a month and that was because I was consistently asking. Also, I had issues with residents not respecting my property outside, I was told in AUGUST a notice to all residents reminding them to respect others property would be sent out. She never did. The incident occurred again in early Oct. she said AGAIN she would 'definitely' send the notice, it is now November no notice has been sent. Prior to move in, I too was warned by a former resident who was familiar with her management style that she has terrible follow through. I'll admit, I blew it off & here I am 3 months in, seeing that I should have heeded that warning.

I've been living here for 3 years and it's a small community, quiet, clean and safe. I love everything about this community. You have the sheriff office on one side and the fire dept on the other. I highly recommend it here. 💜

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Colleen in the front office. Her kindness and hospitality were truly exceptional. Additionally, I was very impressed with the property's quiet and well-maintained environment, and the apartment itself was beautiful. While I am still evaluating my options, please be assured that this property is currently at the top of my list. Thank you for your all your help.

From the moment I applied to move into The Villas at Sienna, the entire experience was truly five-star. The application process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free thanks to the exceptional service provided by Cortney and Colleen. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional every step of the way—from answering all my questions to ensuring a seamless move-in experience. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel welcomed and confident in my decision. Now that I’ve officially moved in, I couldn’t be happier with my new home and the outstanding service that came with it.
