The Mansions of Shadowbriar

The mansions of shadowbriar have the most polite staff! Anytime I have had the need to call for any matter, they help immediately. The apartment is beautiful inside and so clean and spacious. I cannot think of one complaint that would be held accountable on their behalf. Highly recommend this place whether it’s for your family or commute to your place of business. If I could add more stars I would indeed.

I just moved into this apartment complex, and I’ve loved the entire process from the very beginning. The leasing team made everything smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated being able to walk through my exact unit before signing the lease. My apartment is absolutely beautiful, even better than I expected. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience so far and definitely recommend this property!

I’m relocating to Houston and I recently toured this apartment complex and I was genuinely impressed. Martha was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire visit. She answered all of my questions — not only about the community itself, but also about the surrounding area, which was extremely helpful since I’m new to the city. The property had a great atmosphere. I feel confident that this could be my next home. Looking to apply very soon!

I recently renewed my lease for another year, and I’m happy to say it was an easy decision. The office staff here is always friendly, helpful, and cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to respond and make sure everything is taken care of. Maintenance is also fantastic—they address issues promptly. Overall, living here has been a great experience, and I’m looking forward to another year!

This place is chaotic and poorly maintained. Things that most people are unaware when renting here. -Barely any parking unless you wanna spend more money per month for a reserve parking spot (you can park on the road but the risk of getting broken into or get hit by cars on the road is a high probability) and there’s nothing special about the reserve parking just that they painted it on the parking lot overnight to gain more money . -The parking lot area is in bad shape you will need to replace shocks every year -Delivered Packages or meals get stolen -Your back patio is not private and alot people walk around -No security just cameras and if you do need footage its takes days for them to recover and you need to provide a usb and then you have to compress the files to view . -The school near by is not great ,poorly equipped and unorganized -The windows leak air so high electric bill -If you do apply for apartment the first thing they ask is when you move out date so they can do the least amount by time you have to move you have no other choice but to accept the unit because you don’t have time for them to fix or rent some where else. -if you have a decent car just know its going to get damaged while living here -some units have rats -most units have black mold and they wont do nothing about just paint over every-time it comes back up -the appliances are all beating up and barely working if you cook at home do not live here. -the environment around the apartments is noisy ,it right off the road so know there’s going to be burnouts , loud music , sirens all night - they barely have maintenance staff and some of the maintenance staff are rude and careless and leave a mess behind their work. -the parking will be covered in sewage from time to time -some residents use the parking lot for party’s,and the kids used it as a playground hint:( scratches and dents on cars are made) -some neighbors let their aggressive dogs run around with no leash or won’t pick up after them And the list can go on .Honestly the whole apartment industry in Houston needs to be looked into . Pros : -its near westhimer everything you need is 5 mins away
