I think a price and contract inspector should review these bylaws, as making plans with this apartment complex can lead to unpleasant surprises. Furthermore, when you call and ask for information, they hang up on you. The best deals are practically found past Westheimer and Hwy 6. At this place, they even require proof of your dog's vaccinations, and the monthly water bill is almost $100 per building... It's more than just a house. Several people have been there, and they all say that they don't honor the deals and that if you have even a slightly bad credit history, it's best not to bother going. These resorts prioritize creditworthiness, which is why they don't honor deals and can change prices... but let's be fair and honest, who doesn't experience bad days and problems? This isn't the right place because you'll receive unexpected news every day, and in the end, you'll pay the full price.
