Moving into San Felipe Square Townhomes was truly a seamless experience. Ash was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process—he made sure I got everything I wanted and needed in my new place. He took his time, showed incredible patience, and reassured me every step of the way. Most importantly, he met my move-in deadline while still ensuring the unit was in spectacular condition. Ash went above and beyond to exceed my expectations, and because of his dedication, this has been the best move-in experience I’ve ever had with a property. He really made my transition into this home smooth and enjoyable, turning what can often be a stressful process into something genuinely positive. I couldn’t be happier with my new home at San Felipe Square, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where the staff truly cares about your experience.

New occupants to the building, but Brandon has been incredible during the move in process. He was accommodating and kind at every step, and we really look forward to living in the neighborhood!

Awful experience at the end of my lease. My apartment was cleaner when left that when I took possession. They refused to give me 100% of my deposit, fabricated fees that was never listed when I signed. These units are really not fit to be lived in, extremely old and should be torn down. Walk the property, ask the neighbors how it is. You’ll get honest answers, not the best place to spend your hard earned money. Location is amazing, property is struggling. How is this a 4.5 stars, Managment must be padding the reviews. Renter beware. 3.5 at best, and that’s only because of the location.

lived here since 2023. the management is weird, they had to replace the leasing manager like 4 times over the course of 1.5 yrs. Tanya has been here for a while and while she has been easy to work with for the past issues we’ve had, THIS FRIDGE issue that I’ve had for 2 months has not been resolved. My family and I have been living here in the SUMMER HEAT with no fridge or freezer, no groceries that can be stored in there, no leftovers can be stored longer than a day, no produce if we don’t cook right away, etc. And they ignore my messages conveniently for them but we’re absolutely fed up with how long it’s taken and still having to pay full rent while wasting money on trashed goods.

Great staff here (though it’s only 2 individuals I think, office manager and maintenance man) they do a great job. Kevin the maintenance man is really talented at easily resolving issues involving repairs and resolution. They really do a great job here. Kevin is awesome. I really appreciate his patience and aptitude.
